Some great work here Morgan! I was just watching one of your old RB330N TNS (5 reps) videos and it never gets old watching you smash that thing for TNS reps.

Lawn Mower Circuits - handstands/walk on hands (build some 5" wood blocks - trying to walk up onto them on my hands - hard), ring pullups and neck work

~40 mins of outrigger rowing

50 mins of river swimming and a few handstands/walks

40 mins of longboarding (w/a stick)

First day of outrigger - best core workout I've ever had. The longboarding is also new to me and it was probably one of the most taxing upper body endurance type workouts I've ever had.

Hiked Salmon Butte w/a 25-30lb pack - 8.8 miles round trip - 2800' of climbing. Got snowed out a few hundred feet from the top.

1 hour of outrigger canoeing - I can already tell this is gonna be a big sport for me.
