maidenfan
Tweeked the shoulder last week - had a doc visit the other day - did some tests and got a cortisone shot which revealed nothing but swelling, so I was pretty stoked about that. Its been hard just to lay off a few days. I guess the lesson here for me is I need to be more structured about what and how much working out I do. 05/08/11 40 min trail run at Mt. Talbert & some pullups/chins/ring pullups throughout the day at work
maidenfan
05/09/11 1:22:48 on the mtn bike I'm really not too sure where I'm at bodyfat wise as I'm still in the 250-260 range. I'm dialing in my diet a bit for the next month or so to see where I'm at. Heres a recent photo from the Dog Mtn hike

maidenfan
05/11/11 275 pullups & chins (spaced out over a few hours - GTG style). Uh, that's a lot of pull ups and chins, spaced out or not! How many we talking at once, in general? First few were sets of ten, few at 7-8 then rest were 5's. I've been doing a lot of vertical pulling and need to adjust the way I'm doing as I'd like to get back into the 15-20 range again. All I've accomplished so far is the ability to do loads of volume at 5's. 05/13/11 300y lagoon swim at work then 40 mins of 100m intervals at the pool

maidenfan
No, I built myself a super heavy duty, adjustable, free standing pullup station that has a set of v-bars on it (custom built for my shoulder width), so I vary the hand positions ea set. 05/14/11 40 mins of swimming 05/16/11 35 mins of swimming, neck work and basketball
