Grease the Groove - quite a few handstands, some tucked planche/pushup practice, 100 pullups, 130 dips, 130 ring rows

Road bike ride - ~27.5 miles in ~1:44:00 - Garmin acting up, rained both ways, but felt good to pedal hard.

I'm finally figuring out my road bike problems. My bike should have come with a compact, 50/34 crankset so a big, fat dude like me could actually climb hills. For the life of me I felt like such a pussy so I ordered a new rear cassette which helped some. I figured out today my bike actually has 53/39 cranks on it - sheesh. The manufacturer pulled that old weightlifting trick on me and slapped a couple of 25's on when I wasnt looking I called Bianchi and they are making it right.

Lots of handstands and pullups.

Spent the last three days in Bend, Or mountain biking (over 50 miles of trails in three days)

Mountain biked Sandy Ridge Trail and did a 1 hour barefoot trail run.

Been doing lots of handstands/walking, rope climbing, pullups and some paralette L-Sit to tucked planche holds (trying to be able to do tucked planche pushups on my paralettes - very hard). I also started wearing a 10lb pack with my pullups and rope climbing - getting on a plateau.

Also did a couple of barefoot (VFF) trail runs at Mt. Talbert (1 hour - 1100ft of climbing) and Hoyt Arboretum (47 mins - 607ft of climbing)

Lots of handstands/walking on hands, pullups, neck work, kettlebell snatches and rope climbing the last few days. Did a nice hard 2.5 mile hike the other day and mountain biked up on Mt. Hood today.

I'm getting quite a bit better walking on my hands now. I'm now able to breath a bit and still keep my balance and regularly get 10 - 15 foot walks in. My pullups have slowly gotten better as I'm now starting my GTG off with sets of 10 and 8 vs. sets of 5 and below.
