You're pulling and pushing like a gymnast! :upsidedwn

Thanks, I've been working really hard on my vertical pulling strength as its my big downfall.

06/17/10

Lawn mower circuits - 1 x 12' hands only rope climb (up & down), 50 pullups & 24kg KB snatches x 280 reps (140 ea arm)

Bike ride - 1.5 hours or so, lots of hills (2200' of climbing) - worked real hard - feeling good

This was my second ride with a buddy and he took it easy on me as he's a much better rider (right now anyway). The riding makes me feel good. Overall, today was an awesome workout.

37 pullups, a few dips and a short bike ride - 13.28 miles in 43:04 - 18.5 mph avg.

Had a long day and riding like I stole it in a rain storm seemed to help - hot shower, good food and wine to follow

BW - 257

Mtn Bike Ride to boathouse - 10.95 miles in 46:40, 40 pullups, 30 handstand pushups, 30 mins of paddleboarding and a ride home - 6.29 miles in 27:01

I can tell the bodyweight/mass fight isnt gonna get any easier - I've been floating in the 255-259 range for a few weeks now (just like the 260's). It doesnt bother me too much as my fitness levels and bodyfat are still getting better. I'm suprised how much mass I've kept on with just bodyweight training and a massive decrease on the amount of protein I was eating

20 mins of hard paddleboarding sprints at lunch - laying and kneeling on the board w/hand paddles on - unbelievable shoulder, back and arm work

A little over an hour on my road bike when I got home - good, solid pace.

Meal of the Day: Whole wheat wrap, turkey breast, avocado, jalapenos, muenster cheese, hummus, broccoli slaw, raw spinach & a banana

Road bike ride - 33.87 miles in 2:02:11 (1814 calories - or so says the Garmin based on weight - I'm sure I need a power meter to accurately measure wattage to get a good number here)

Nice weather, good ride.
