dont know much about guitars , but the guitar room looks pretty impressive.

This morning 20 minute power yoga. tonight i'll do the rings and rowing. 

 

The more I stretch and do these yoga videos the better my back is.  

 

Had super lazy day yesterday... Bought one of those Mypillows, amazon delivered it yesterday afternoon, along with new safety razor. Threw it in the dryer for 15minutes like directions stated.. Wanted to test it out and never really got out of bed after 🤣.

I may or may not of consumed something that didn't help🤣

Tonight

Hindu pushups

HSPU against wall (couldn't get much depth tonight

Pike Press

Ring dips, ring archer push ups, tricep extensions, tricep dips

Chest Expander 3 spring Archer pulls and this tricep extension/ohp variation not sure what to call it

Chest Krusher warm up to  4 springs bottom position, 3,2,1

Tried bent press with 26lbs kb

 

easy pace 2000m on the rower in 10min38 seconds

foam rolling

 

now its time to undo all that with sausage and beer 

 

will do some yoga before bed

Cold in the attic this morning.. Wish i could use my rings in the basement

 

Ring work, curls, pelican curls, close grip chin ups, face pulls, rows

 

Chest Expander bunch of stuff to lazy to list and i tried front lat raises... Could only do 1 spring

I think "two-handed bent over globe rows" works  👍😆

Once in awhile when I have time I throw them in. I’m sure I’m not the first.great way to end a session with a few sets of these.

Everything done with 26lbs Kettlebell

15 KB Goblet Squats, and KB Halos

50L 50 R 1h swings, 5x1L 5x1R TGU

 

 

 

100 5lbs indian club swings each hand and burn out set of pronation and supination

 

15 minutes of stretching

 

Just a light workout because spent hole day driving and wanted to move a little.

Dude, its nuts.. It came with something to mount to something or that i can step on... 

Excited to see what i can do with it. Its possibilities are endless.

I can't imagine pulling apart more than 3 springs. I can probably do 1 big +2 small ones right now for pulling apart movements. Archer pulls, not even 1 with the stricter variation. 

Can't wait to really try it out tomorrow morning.

Slow start, can't shake this head cold ive had for 2 weeks...This morning just a 2 sets each of pike push ups, hspu, tricep extensions, ring push ups and ring dips and tricep dips.. Really just mindlessly did these to warm up

 

Plate curls

15lbx 3x8 both hands (using a 10+5lbs plate instead of 3 5lbs.  Leverage makes it harder

 

10lbs sledge work

9"x5 curls both hands

Rear lever 17"x5 both hands

Pronation and Supination 

7"x5 both hands 

Finger walks

 

WD 2, worked up to 4-3 for a 2 sets of 1 Orange spring

 

Chest Krusher 4 springs 3top 1 bottom 2x5 

2spring top 2 bottom 2x6

 

Chest Expander, messed around with archers, ohp and a few other moves.. I really like this new one.. Its not much different thanThe spring action is way smoother than the other model.  It and does feel like 3.5 weaker springs equals one of these.

 

 

Zercher Squat 95lbs 3x3

 

Levertop

2x10 second holds each 25lbs of pronated and supinated

 

Plate wrist curls

10lbs 2x20 both hands

 

Lately these Thursday workouts have been lower weight higher rep and been enjoying them for a change.  Before that it was way to hard for me to do bending, grip, levering.....   Now its more or less grip and wrist. I will return to bending someday with stronger wrists someday. All I want to do is reverse a G8 and red nail. I don't have the desire to go any further with it. 

 

Tonight I'm taking the Irish girl out for the first time, to an Irish pub haha. I don't get over excited whatever happens happens.

But after that last catastrophe I had to make sure she wasn't a psychopath/sociopath or hiding any mental disorders. She said all of her baggage could maybe fit in a small carry on.  She passed the test, I liked that answer.
