That 180 does look awesome!!!  Does it have decent texture?  Just curious.  I can imagine it's a big jump up from the 135.8.

I also get why a 154 would make much more sense for you.  145 may not be a big enough jump...

They are real beauties. That's amazing the 180lbs is spot on exactly 180lbs.

Thanks man.  I've got my work cut out for me.  I'd really like to weigh less than it when i lift it.

Yes it does have a good texture.. Well I think so, I dont have much to compare too..🤣  I wonder why they changed the molds, mine doesnt say  "Thomas Inch Replica"... i really dont care either way just curious.  I'm real tempted to buy a 154, but like i said i don't "need" it  and my space is limited.

I asked Steve about that...

My understanding is the casting difference is the mold is made of wood and I guess that deteriorates or something over time.  So the bells went from saying that, to not saying that, to saying that again with a fresh mold.  Guess you got one of those in between years.

Thank you.. That makes sense. Steve is real nice and friendly. We texted a little after I got the inch.

Yeah...I've enjoyed chatting with him the past month. Might have to take a road trip out to Ohio if he holds a contest.

Pike presses,

Gymnastic ring :dips, push ups, tricep dips and tricep extension

2h Levering

20.5x3 20x3 19x3

I've regressed on this a little not sure why

10lbs sledgehammer drills

Curls 8"x5 9"x5 9"x5 both hands

Rear lever

17"x5  3 sets both hands

2 rounds of finger walks

Wrist Developer orange spring singles, up to 4-3 for a few sets

Levertop Pronated holds with bearing for balance

Left 26x10 26.5x5 26x6

Right 26x10 26.5x6 26x9

Supinated

Left 35x10 35.5x10 35.5x10

Right 35x10 35.5x6 35.5x10

Gonna try and keep this strict with the bearing... Way harder.

Horseshoe bender 1spring 2nd position 3 reps 1 spring 3rd position 2 sets of 3

My levering has went back a little and not sure why. No pain but my wrists have been feeling tired while performing them the last few weeks...

Also have to stop hspu for a bit. Cut my head shaving it the other day and when I did them Monday it made the cut swell.

Thanks. Yeah. I had a lipoma removed which is a fatty growth or something right there. I think it’s just a coincidence I cut myself there. That or it’s growing back but the swelling has gone down.

Thanks guys

trying to get a little stronger every week. I really hope I can lift the baby inch in a few months. But whenever it is it is.

then the real work begins for the inch.  It’s on the heavier side at about 180lbs give or take but I hope aids me in weighing less than it when I lift it.
