Only upped the weight a little this week... I'll resume back to regular last week.

Ring work, curls, pelican curls, rows, face pulls and chin ups on thick bar (this is a wrist killer I love it)

2.5" Crusher triples

93x3 94x3 95x3 96x3 97x3 both hands

NN 3x4"

100x3x3

NN 2" thumbless deadlift

190x3x3

Chest Expander  3 springs  Overhead pull down,  back press, front pull and curls....

Can't wait to get back to regular routine. But it feels nice to not have to taxing workouts.  I feel much stronger this week. Its amazing what rest does.

I don't feel sick at all today but my brother and his wife got even worse.. Who knows whats going around.

This morning 4250m, 20 mins on the rower (technically 4249m).. and 20 minute yoga practice. Down a little over 4lbs at 189lbs this morning. Going by a mirror, I'm about as "lean" as i was at 170lbs but i still got my beer pouch. I've bulked up and put on some muscle, not the most efficient or cleanest way but I have.

I never made it a priority before but lately I'd really like to be one of those lean jacked 5ft10 170lbs dudes like Allen Fisher or Charles Bronson (the actor, not prisoner)..  Thats made in the kitchen..  And that goal might fight the inch goal.

Perfect timing, Joe!  Literally just saying I need to add some cable exercises and you're posting your morning workout.  Now I've got some inspiration and ideas for my next round of Expander and Krusher experiments.  Thank you!

I was pushing 20 guitars for awhile.. Down to 11. Some just will never get rid of for sentimental reasons plus they are good guitars, the other I actually use..  Started with a strat and the Beck model seemed perfect. They can cover all the styles..

I'm big into doing instrumentals and Strats are just so expressive and they dont go out of tune with excessive tremolo use, volume swells are easy.

I regret not being able to see him live. I honestly thought we had a another 15 years with him.. He was elderly but otherwise healthy. Meningitis is no joke and I don't need to tell you that. Nearly killed my grandfather way way back and my dad as a baby.

Geez! I thought I had a lot with 8 😂 . That's awesome. It's hard to beat a strat for versatility. I have one strat, but it's a Squier.  I beefed it up with electronics upgrades, and I could never get rid of it because it was the first guitar I ever got (back in 7th grade!). I plan on getting a classic sunburst strat with a rosewood board one day.

Yeah Doug. I think the more use them, the more you will enjoy them.  Its really added size to my upper body.

Thanks John. All is good. I've been talking to a nice Irish girl, we went to school 6-8th.. I just dont remember her. Social worker and works with the elderly. Super nice. We will see what happens.

Can't wait for the guitar.

I think this time she's gone for good. If not i'm getting a restraining order..

Wanted to get a family photo. Only things missing are Standard adjustable handle grippers set. And my Baraban stuff

Ended up doing impromptu gripper sessions.

Couple reps with trainer, 3 singles 1.5 and 3 2# attempts. Got so close with my right hand.

Have only touched grippers like 2 months ago. So with no gripper training I’m continuing to get stronger. One I lift the inch in who knows when,  I’m curious where my gripper strength will be.
