Plan is to work up to 3x12 on everything and then add 3lbs. Stretching That was it. I've been exhausted lately and not sure why. I think its the time of the year. I'm going down with him if my schedule allows. I've been promising them for years i'll come down. I can also visit my blacksmithing mentor who retired down there 3 years ago. Not much of a workout, just high reps with my Krusher and the expander.
