That’s the new room. Where you can see hardwood was old part of house. Huge structural Steel beam going across. In the summer those couple weeks I spent jackhammering and posted here was old foundation under that room. IMG_5966.thumb.jpeg.f15082dec05a31dda7cb21dea8b25515.jpegIMG_5972.thumb.jpeg.8afa0e98ba3f20387b153c113896c856.jpegIMG_5969.thumb.jpeg.c04b4c3a9b6b5e1c694e5e0d822d5c00.jpeg

Thanks. Proud of everything I do but especially this one. But I never want anything this big again. We struck gold, and they are the greatest people I've ever met or worked for, I'll miss them when it's done. But we are working at their brothers next and their fathers.

99% we are installing a slide inside their house.

Chest Expander OHP, Tricep 1h extension and Archer pulls every

Chest Krusher,8,8,6,3   adjusting tension each set to make harder

Ring Dips, 3,2,1,1  Form getting cleaner every week

Weighted vest 9lbs

Diamond push ups 3x3

Pike Press 3x3

Military push up 5x3

2x20 seconds planks

Pacing like a mad man with a 9lbs weight vest on for 20 minutes in between sets🤣

None of that was too challenging except for the diamonds.  Plan is to work up to 3x12 on everything  and then add 3lbs.

Stretching

That was it. I've been exhausted lately and not sure why.  I think its the time of the year. Except for cleaning, shopping errands I made it a point to eat and sleep extra and not do anything this weekend.

Just quick 2000m on rower tonight, will do some ring work and chest expander later

May be going down to Florida next week. My uncles driving up and staying for a week, picking up my uncle and I can head down with them.

I'll fly home, not sure how I feel about driving from Boston to Tampa..

Yup about 20 hours. I’ve thought about that. If there’s time I will. Problem is I’m flying back.

im guessing we will take 95 down. I’d love to stop in Macon Georgia and visit the Allman Bros museum and their graves but that might be out of the way.

It really is well machined.

Not much of a workout, just high reps with my Krusher and the expander.  Played around with some angles and hit my triceps in a different way.

plus some pushups. and then 30minutes of stretching and foam rolling.
