Blacksmith513
Tonight, 15 minutes of stretching, some foam rolling and tried out some ulnar nerve flossing. Which I felt might have done a little good.
Blacksmith513
No rowing this morning, maybe tonight but wanted to share this video Devon Larratt to me is one of the most impressive athletes in history, up there with Ali, Tom Brady, Ted Williams, Bobby Ore. Not from an athletic standpoint but because of his attitude, determination and drive. Just to be a high level AW and in the special forces the same time... Now he's at his peak in his late 40s, going up against the same guy who he lost to and got injured doing so.

Ring dips have been hit or miss for me, I may just buy a dip bar and just use them with the weighted vest, and some push up handles also.

Work and some family stuff is really getting to me. So they are trying to figure out it out. My uncle is sorta too big to fly down and back up, for me $130 round trip him it would be $1000plus with wheel chair assistance through the airports. They might drive up after all. If yes, that's a huge plus compared to my simple trainer Thanks.. My wrenches weren't big enough to tighten them down, its only hand tightened. I'm sure we have 50 somewhere in the garage but I'm going to buy a couple over the weekend. I will let you know, but I don't think they will going off of what I've seen. That's why I bought it. I have a handle for olympic plates but they rotate... Which is fine for certain drills. Now I have both to bounce between. 10 minutes ago, featsofalex said: Great one! Blacksmith513
6 hours ago, John Knowlton said: That thing is super cool I like it , now I want one, Theres worse things to spend money on..... Very well machined. FBBC makes some of the finest grip gear IMO. Glad they are getting up and running again. It was a very smooth transaction and I didn't have to wait months this time. Today just 2000m on the rower... Doing something different for work today. Off to Boston to replace the casters on a handful of dumpsters for a huge apartment complex. Might be a good connection these places always need repairs, whether its patching concrete or stuff like this. Should be very easy money as long as I don't see any rats.
Blacksmith513
@matek no rotation with the plates.. Bought a couple of wrenches and tightened up the bolts on my lunch break. Took off 10lbs, added 2 5s and 2 3s.... This thing feels just like the inch... In fact its so similar I cant lift it.. This is about where I am with the Crusher handle plus loading pin and roughly 115lbs added... Its clear I need to work on my off the ground strength. And the concrete floor was all busted so it didn't wanna roll. Just wanted to get it out of all the rat crap so I didn't have to lay in it. The more I used it and more chalk got on it easier it was 3 tilted lifts each hand with my finger on it to prevent rolling Now that I finally got some air time with something that feels very similar to an inch it gave me some feedback on what I need to improve on. Which is everything obviously, there’s a lot of puzzle pieces that goes into lifting the inch. Right now it’s not the rolling that’s my weakest link, maybe axis is the proper word. It wants to drop out of my hands. inch negs 3x3 for now on my both my baby inch(135) and FBBC (which can be anything) will be referred to as baby inch and I’ll put weight in parentheses. Im very close to pulling plug on going to Florida. I think they’ve got something going on they arent telling anyone and don’t and want my uncle and I to come down. They keep giving me the run around and feel they aren’t being transparent. 2 more days I’ll give them I’ll just have to pick somewhere else in the country to visit.

Blacksmith513
Busy morning. Rushed out early this morning to get guys going at work, ran home worked out and then had to run back out to check on guys. Here's a set with 100.5lbs thumbless. I actually performed this one again with my right because my 2nd rep wasn't complete. Strangely enough all of my other lifts have been going up. It was much better this week but for whatever reason, whether it's the sore right thumb or achy left wrist my crusher performance has been down. Like I said, the weights a little lower than usual but everything felt good today. still long way to go but little week by week I'm getting there.
Blacksmith513
yesterday late day I did 30 minutes on the rower and 20 minutes of stretching this morning 30 minutes of stretching and 10 minutes working on handstands. Spent the morning watching the Inch episode on the Grip show from last year. Every time I've watched in past id fall asleep. Got through the first 4 interviews and saving best for last for later today. I really have enjoyed all of them, but Adam T Glasses interview has been the most interesting one for me.
