sweating so bad, no energy at all.
dead lift 336x4 DO, chalk, x4 DO not bad, but I had sweat dripping through a skull cap with each rep, couldn’t take anymore.

by this point I had no time to gather a lighter weight for curls so......

First snap I've done in a few months and I was surprised at how fast it was. I wasn't timing, but it was around 2 minutes, I think. Pretty painful though, in the thinner wraps.
I hit 205lbs on a rolling thunder not long ago but today I lifted 140lbs for 20 reps. I’ve been going up and down in weight but I think for this cycle I’ll keep with the lower weight otherwise I’ll burn out too early. I need to get the blood flowing to my forearms cuz they feel permacramped
I’ve been training on the rolling thunder as well now, it’s a current model. I have to say I find it incredibly rewarding. I want to hit 205lbs though right now I have no idea what my my 1rm would be, I just pick a weight and work on form and end up doing reps I guess, I do thumbless with my left for whatever reason. I love the Ironmind Rolling Thunder!!
