The Protocol= Add 2 Reps/Minute Each Week+50-100 Weekly Ab Wheels (Kneeling to Standing)+2 Weekly 10-30min Erg for Cals (Autoregulate Intensity) Also, sprinkle in a lot more mobility exercises periodically throughout my day because mobility equals strength in this discipline.
