^Week #1: 5min EMOM: 10 Kettlebell Snatches (5/Hand @32kg)

Aiming for 110+ reps in the 5min snatch test in the Spring Tactical Strength Challenge come May 4th.

My current PB is 106 reps in 2019.

The Protocol= Add 2 Reps/Minute Each Week+50-100 Weekly Ab Wheels (Kneeling to Standing)+2 Weekly 10-30min Erg for Cals (Autoregulate Intensity)

Also, sprinkle in a lot more mobility exercises periodically throughout my day because mobility equals strength in this discipline.
