1. Only chalk allowed.

 

2.Lift must be locked out with back erect.

 

3. For loadable devices and plates, 5-pound jumps and plate weight only.

 

4. The lift must be followed down under reasonable control.

 

5. Any bracing or other assisting contact between the feat item or the lifting hand against the body, legs, groin or thighs will disqualify the lift.

Clicked pass, would love to have seen the total setup weighed at the end.  As we all know plates can vary (example, my Marcy LA 45 weighs 48.x)
