DU 1" singles - G5 1/4" x 6" 390lb batch by Devin - G8 1/4" x 6" 490lb batch by Devin This G8 was really stubborn, and it was definitely harder than the A2 after it. These were my last G5 and G8. - A2 bolt Stainless (303, Horrido) 5/16" x 7" - CRS HEX 7mm x 7" - CRS 9/32" x 7" + Stainless bolt 6mm x 6" barehanded (I found this when looking for the A2) I didn't bend any in thicker singles this time. My mind was/is very preoccupied with work, and I tried to solve a problem even during the bending breaks. -

Welcome, Michael! If you're interested in competing...hopefully you've emailed @Jedd Johnson at jedd.diesel@gmail.com to get the weekly updates from GSI (Grip Sport International, formerly NAGS, North American Grip Sport). Couple upcoming things in your area would be: 1. Jason Matkowski @madcow is planning a Manassas Grabfest 2024 in late July 2. Ben Helms @Ben Helms and Zach Mullins @ZRMMA are planning Heavy Hands 2 for September (and the first one was awesome) Hope this helps. Best of luck in your training and competing! -

Yeah...my boy/girl twins are 7 and rep the red before closing the green a couple times. Blue is where they currently end up. The other day my oldest daughter (10) told me she's closing the black and pretty close on gold. I didn't even know she was doing them when I wasn't around. I have an IronMind Guide rated at 27 RGC and Sport rated at 37. But they're pretty wide for my kids. These Junior Grippers are much more suited/scaled to them. So even if the ratings overlap they were still a good investment to support their interest in grip. -

That 350 lb bell is ridiculous. It's good goal to have for Brian. I think if he's able to lift it, there's going to be a very loooooooong time before anyone else can replicate that feat of strength. -
