Upper Back/Neck spasm happened again like it did months ago. I have tried sleeping without a pillow and its helping. Not sure if it was from bending or sleeping? Pt worked on me and CHiro, over an hour. Just took a week off, working back soon to working out again.

1 arm CB mills x 15 pds x 200 reps x in 15 minutes

Big improvement, since last time I did 200 reps, since last time it took me almost 45 minutes to do, while this workout was 15 minutes. Speed increased while I was not trying to. Good thing.

Chin ups x BW x 5,4,3,2,1 reps

W Push Ups ( Fingers pointed backwards on wrist ) 5,4,3,2,1 reps

1 arm DB windmill 60pds x single

1 arm Mills x 15pds x 400 reps = 28 min 25 seconds

Huge improvement from the last time I did mills for reps and time. Last workout I did was 15pds x 200 reps x 20 minutes, so more than double the amount of work in less time. Great workout. Could have done more, but did not want to push it, gradually move up, sometimes its hard, since battling with my ego to go go go..hahh..

Back/front/Side Bridging, working on ROM on Neck and Back

My workout on the 8th with 400 reps on the Mill exercise. I forgot to take into account that it was 400/400 reps each side and you add them together, so thats 800 reps in 28 min on the Mill..Great work for myself :)

1 arm Swipe x 15 pds x 500/500 = 1000 reps

Switching hands every 10 reps. It felt good. No problem with legs,arms, etc. On rep number 470, my right palm of my hand under my thumb, skin ripped off and it was stinging like a bastard. I kept going since I was almost done anyways. Dam it hurts. Systemically today and last night, whole body is fried.

Finished off with some Bridging.

Back Bridging, working on ROM, 10 reps

Side x 40 reps

Front x 1 min Hold.

Called it a night :))))))))

Using a deck of cards. Royal family and Ace was 5 reps. Got up to card number 38, before I stopped. Total reps 208 reps

Of course I had to do this while watching The Ultimate Fighter 2 show :))))

Treadmill run x intervals hill/speed x 20 minutes.
