Stiff Legged Deadlifts Singles ( lowering only to knee level ) 135/185/235/285/305pds

1 arm DB Push Press/Windmill Singles 40/60/80pds

Seated Calf Raises Singles 10 sets x 90pds

Had some time and energy, did not kill myself, but worked out. As Pavel likes to put it..working out for "Practice" is an ideal workout.

Jason, nice work on the 1 hand IM Big Boy cleans. Especially considering your bodyweight. Nice lift. And very good dumbbells but unfortunately I don't own one. Tried one at a friend's house and only snatched around 92 with it. Heck of a handle though and the knurling is a very nice addition.

Tried to bend A Grade 2 and a 60D...no luck..I kinked the Grade 2..but that was it..Now my elbow is giving me a little trouble, not much. Hurts a little in some ranges of motion. Will be fine. :)))

I took 5 days off from lifting. Gave myself a little break.

Overall the workout was ok. I did push anything. I did not feel that strong today, so again did not want to push anything. Actually the best thing that felt the best was my grip. My back felt weak for some reason :blink

these dam things never get any easier :blink For endurance I never seem to last even for 5 reps, I can do better for low reps meaning 1--2 reps with heavier weights. I will do a lot more sets though, if I make it through it,,,hahahah..

I am a little beat up from my previous workout, but my energy level is good and my grip felt fine, so did some Gripper work. I am trying to back off a little bit, since I tend to do to much. Want to put on some more pds on. So far I have put on 19pds since Jan 04, so things are going well.

I used a Deck Of Cards today. I shuffled the deck of cards and started one by one. :))

2 arm Clubbell Swipes 20pds

Total x 52 sets

Total reps x 408 reps

1 hour 45 minutes

After this I took a shower and my hands burned so much it was not even funny. I put on some Hand Balm and put some socks on my hands and went to bed. This morning they don't look to bad.

It was a rough workout. The queen, Ace, king and Jacks were 12 reps. So I would bitch everytime they would come up, since they would come up in little spurts, like 12, 12, 12, then it would disappear, then show up again..arughhhhh..Good though :))))))) Good stuff.

Starting a 20 rep squat routine today. Never high rep b squats that much. I have done tons of reps with bodyweight, but man throw some weight on the bar and its murder..

Warm up 45x5 65 x 5 135 x 1

155 pds x 20 reps

Light Pullovers 25pds x 20 reps

Gripper Strap Holds

IM #1 Left x 10pds Right x 20pds

HG100 x 25pds R/L 35pds x R/L 45pds R/L

I always do better in grippers after Leg work :)) Must be all the blood flow..Was going to other stuff and the squats took it out of me. After Reading Super Squats lets see if staying with these squats for a while will make me a monster ???? :)))
