Used a bench on each side of me. My hands in the middle of the benches, pushup to the higher benches on the side of me, then back down.

Depth Jumps,

same reps as above

Holding a 4kg ball. Jump off, hit the ground let go of ball at the sametime and then jump as high as i can.

(Using bottom ankle portion to support my feet )

Smith Machine Bench Press Throws 95x5 115x5 145x3

( I would lower weight and then push up and let go off the bar and catch it as it comes down )

Suspended Pushups BWx3x3

( Using arms of a Freedom Trainer Machines, I put the arms almost down on the bottom, grab handles into push up position and put feet on Bosu Ball.

BB Contact Twists

From Top Positon, go into Throw the BB forward and catch it as it comes down with the other hand. 95x5 115x3

CB ( 10pd ) Back Lever Extensions, holding Clubbell up at top of handle..

Strap Holds with COC T x 3 sec holds

Plow Stretches x 3 sets x 30 reps

Figured I would do a little workout, since just watched the end of the Ultimate Fighter :)))

Took almost a week off from last weeks PR workout. Going crazy, so went back to lifting today..Thank god..gained a couple pds today too, weighed in at 170pds today. Feels good I have not weighed this much in a year.

Behind Back Deadliftsx Ladders

( 1 towell wrapped around bar)

(1,2,3,4,5)x 3 sets = 45 reps

( 1,2,3 ) x 1 set = 6 reps

( 1,2,3,4 ) x 1 set = 10 reps

( 1 ) x 3 sets =3 reps

( 1,2,) x 2 sets = 6 reps

Totalx 70 reps

Did not have much time today, wanted to do 100 reps, but the time ran out. Oh well, next time..Good workout though.
