Good workout today. Did alot of shin bridges and quad stretches in between those sets too.

Felt like eating more today than eating, since skipped the workout and just did some bending. Since some days I eat less, but later on I have to eat more to catch up a little bit.

Yesterday My Back went through a little spasm. Usual place in my back when I have them. I rested yesterday and did some movment exercises today to get rid of some tension built up thoughout the body.

Mobility exercises, entire body, 30 reps per body part.

Chin ups x ladders x total x 18 reps

Hindu squats x ladders x total x 120 reps

Hindu push ups x ladders x total x 32 reps

Neck Bridges x 5 sec holds x 5 sets ( have not done this in a while and I am paying for it !! )

Negatives x BBE x 5 sets

jasonL your workouts are great..

"Sumo Deadlifts x singles x 225pds x 50 sets" etc, and your 60set in 30min pushpress..

mind if i ask a few questions:

how sore do you get afterwards? and why do you do those really high set lifts? and how do you pick your poundages for your high set lifts? :)

about 3 weeks ago i did 30sets in 30 mins of 145 lbs. squat for tripples, i was sore for 5 days in left hamstring and 7 days in my right hamstring! sore meaning i could barely walk.. those are insane workouts.

Wrist Roller x ( all the way up and down is 1 rep) x 5 pds x 1-2-1-2-2-2 = 10 reps

Mobility exercises done in between sets, Scott Sonnons Warrior Wellness and Be Breathed Spinal Rocks.
