I'm still using the ex-terminator over/under style. A change to double under may be in the works...

Well said.

One thing about the underhand style is that is seems to help crush somewhat based on what we have been doing. My hands/wrists feel better all the time since I switched from the over/under to the double under and Im real close to catching my old pr's. God Bless

Sean, that's some excellent work with the Blob! And some very nice no set gripper closing as well. Are you able to no set close your Super Master?

Thanks Ben! No, I can't quite get my SM no set. On average, I'm about 1/8" from closing it.

Ring Deadlift worked up to 3x1x180 with either hand

Found an old ring about 6 inches in dia. in the barn. Hooked it up to my loading pin and had at it. Didn't want to go too heavy. I think I had another 40-50 pounds in me. Felt heavy, but not ify. I can see for sure how pain tolerance becomes an issue on these tho'.

Had a nice little workout this afternoon. Anglea joined me for some club swinging after my grip work.

3x1 SM (decided that the filed #2 closes weren't helping me sweep the SM down.)

6lb Shot Rotations (still 20 in either direction with each hand)

Ring Deadlifts 3x1x180 again

2.5 db cleans 3x1x50 (with each hand. pressed each rep over head after the clean)

2.5 db one arm row 3x5x50

Then did the aforementioned club swinging with my wife. I'm still debating how alot of this stuff is going to gel into a coherent routine, but right now I'm having fun experimenting...and that's a good thing too...Right?
