How do you plan to modify your training since the GGC? New feat target, next comp, same as before.....?

I'm planning to continue the path I've set. I'll do some experiments with volume and exercise selection. But that will be within the context of developing a significant base of total hand strength. I will accomplish feats like the Inch, 6 10's, 2 45's, etc.; but they will not be ends in themselves, rather they will be milemarkers on the road to strong hands.

Thanks, Jon! The thickbar lifts are fun, and Lord willing will translate to an Inch lift at some point.
