Your next video better be a thumb/pinky lift of it My buddy just finished melting the lead in my blobette, so I've got some room to add shot now. I think only Wade and Sorin have done more. My wife and I took a trip out to Missouri to look at some dogs. During the 14 hours of drive time, I had a little time to think about my training. I'm going to do an experiment. No grippers for 5 months. I'll keep working the thickbar and the pinching, then take 2 weeks and test where I'm at on grippers. Should be an interesting experiment. Should give some data on the carryover effects of thickbar and pinching to grippers.
