Well today was kind of a wash. I got fixated on my 110 hex and on the Double Blob clean. Prolly did about 50-60 attempts at each. Just one of those obsessive, tunnel vision things...Totally fried my hands. Didn't do wrist work. Did my Extensors and came inside.

I'm heading over to Bport's on Sunday to do some filming. Hopefully we'll get some good footage to pass along! Weatherman is calling for rain and lots of it that day...so we'll see.

I just realized that I forgot to update this after Saturday's training.

Couple Blob lifts, Reverse curls, Extensors.

There.....I feel better now. Does this mean I'm becoming obsessive about my log?

Sean, I scanned your log and might have missed it, but are you training to certify with Tetting on the Super Master? I see that you work with it a lot. Are you able to close it now, TNS style? Great lifts all around! :rock

Ben,

I'm not specifically training to cert with Tetting. The SM is just a step in the road to bigger grippers. I'm not yet closing it Table No Set style. I usually miss by about 1/8" or less. Just a matter of time.

No work out this afternoon. Spent the morning taking my junkpile to the scrapyard. My arms are rebelling after the past several days of intense work. Curling may be axed for tomorrow as well. Must stay healthy....

Jake Brooks and Nick Rosendaul came over. No real workout, just lots of random attempts at blocks, plates, and grippers.

Nick is getting very close to 2 45's. While I am still a long way off. Jake lifted the 50 Blob for the first time. His 65 block is a nice little toy. I managed to bend 2 6" g5's. A nice little pr there. Jake bent a TT and a horseshoe.

It sure is hard on a guys pride to have friends who are so strong.....but man what a bunch of fun. Two great, humble guys who are accomplishing world class stuff right in front of you. Big time fun!

I need to incorporate some strapholds or set closes on the SM to work that last 1/16. Bending: Need some g8's that g5 was pretty easy, but didn't want to over work the hands by doing any volume.
