30 mins concept 2 very slow pace. 10 minutes of stretching

 

my wrist is better but sore and my ab is better but i feel like i could strain it again if I exert too hard.  Might not bend anything too hard (for my level) tomorrow.

not 100% but had good workout

warm ups 3 rounds 30 seconds hindu squats, hindu pushup and bridges 

100kbs swings 44lbs and TGU 5x1 with a few diff kbs

 

WD2 1 rep each level up to 3-4   went extra easy because of my wrist... this seemed to help warm it up

took it semi easy because of wrist and wasn't feeling 100%..... sent some bending vids to the chick i've been talking too this morning... Shes up at 4am too and she loves it. I think that gave me some motivation this morning. 

 

Also really getting into a groove with 2h levering. Seems to be more wrist dominate with hands closer together.

Yeah thanks. So far, we've really hit it off.  I think shes awesome and for some reason she really likes me. She texts me like 700000 times a day and I don't really like that though.

 

No rowing today, have my cousins staying with me. Also little banged up today.. I worked hard, gripped hard and drank even harder last night. Left wrist is still sore and abs.

I'm getting a new grip toy thats unexpected and much wanted tomorrow.. Any guesses?

It’s so awesome. I’m more excited about this than my actual inch because I will lift this sooner.

this morning 30 minutes on rower 10 minutes of stretching.. Cant wait to use the baby inch tomorrow on the deload system..  I should be able lift it much higher, less resistance on the bands and probably progress much faster with less resistance with the bands with this vs the full inch.

Lifting it doesnt seem that far away. i mean i got 40-50lbs to go probably. But i've been making really steady progress with the thick handles since getting the Micorgainz plates and getting better at my technique.  So i hope progress only gets faster.

Figured out with pinch blocks, keep your hands angled away a little if that makes sense before you lift it.  Must have been doing that before without realizing it and then stopped for whatever reason.

The Baby inch is so sweet, it feels like its in reach of me lifting. Still have my work out out to lifting it though.  But its going to be a great milestone. To me its like where i am right now and lifting the inch, its like halfway in between.

tonight.. little yard work.. 500 indian club swings... 250 each arm. 15 minutes of stretching

 

chicken, stuffing and beer for supper.
