*edit* and I know i'm moving at a snails pace with the Wrist Developer, like one notch a month. I could go faster but this super slow progress with it has been working and i figure why change it. I get a warm up in for reverse without zapping strength and i'm slowly getting stronger.   Great piece of equipment, but its killer on my tendons if i go to hard.

Sounds like a smart approach.  Rushing and pushing may only sideline you for a while if you get hurt.  Patience and prudence will ultimately get you where you want to go.

Your approach sounds safe and reasonable to me (and why change smg if it works).
I also think one can overdo the WD2 easily. Not because of the wrists but the elbows. I usually go hard on it when I use it, but I train with it much less frequently than you.

Thanks guys. Yeah, with bending I really prefer going slow.  Can’t afford an injury and work really sucks when I work the wrists and elbows too much!

My goals are simple, i think within 5 years I’ll reach most of them.  Then I just want to work on harder variations and cool feats.

Thanks John. Same to you. Your volume is insane especially considering how short your workouts are. I need like 2-3 hours. Finding ways to get more efficient though.

I hate those things. I remember when I was 19 I used to do some work in construction. I'm so glad I didn't continue that line of work. I swear I would have been a heroin addict today if I did.

No China White for me...  Just coffee, booze and my girl Mary Jane. But yeah, pretty sure the concrete cutter we hired was shooting up in our porta potty last week.

I actually dont mind jackhammering. This one is electric.. Its the air powered ones that are rough.
