Two sisters.. Moved back home to be near their little niece and nephew. It's all for them and their father to move in with them. The island in their kitchen will be 12 feet long. 100k in kitchen cabinets.... Her master bathroom. The fixtures+tile alone are $100,000, not labor.

Once the kids are 18, they can have the house or they are selling as it would cost them too much money to die in Massachusetts tax wise.

We've never had customers like this, the nicest people, they want they want, trust us we don't take advantage of them on the labor end. They've kept us busy for 2 years.

I'll upload pictures of the work we've done sometime.

Yup. Its a lot harder than I thought it would be.

I think this could really add size to my forearms.

Just stretching this morning.

I'm starting to get soft, doing my rowing after work more frequently lately.  I must change this... Once you lower your standards it gets easier and easier to continue doing so.

Ehh pretty sure she’s 👻 ghosting me. Was all happy and gung ho and wanted a 2nd date but last few days hardly talked. Supposedly her grandma fell and she’s been helping out.

you can still text people back. Truth be told I’ve never liked social workers anyways. I’ve dealt with a handful of them with the elderly people I care for.

That was my last go around for a awhile. I don’t want to get into politics but it’s pretty hard dating in the Boston area as guy with the  conservative values. And I’ll leave it at that.

2000m on the rower 9mins 46 seconds and 11 minutes of stretching

Two observations i've noticed yesterday, training pronation and supination has some carry over to using framing guns and moving my wrists back and forth, and plate curls have a lot of carry over to carrying things at work.

nice

Happy Friday

is it that workouts carry over to work or does work carry over to workouts that is the question?
