Once the kids are 18, they can have the house or they are selling as it would cost them too much money to die in Massachusetts tax wise. We've never had customers like this, the nicest people, they want they want, trust us we don't take advantage of them on the labor end. They've kept us busy for 2 years. Was all happy and gung ho and wanted a 2nd date but last few days hardly talked. Supposedly her grandma fell and she’s been helping out. you can still text people back.
