matek
Thanks John. I love bending 5/16" hex (especially if my wrists are ok). It's something I can reliably do but still very hard.

I wish i was like that, maybe if i didnt work out before work i'd feel more relaxed and open to trying different things. But probably not, I go at things like a money screwing a football.

But we both enjoy bending and improving ourselves and that's what matters.

Raws a good way of putting it lol.

This movement gets hard fast! Maybe one day I will start training it when the main focus won't be bending.
matek
Blobs Not a good workout. Last week's blob training went really well, this week was pretty bad. Only one clear lift with the KWN50. matek
Bending DU - single leathers - DR (SK95) 9/32" x 6.5" - DR (SK95) 9/32" x 5.5" These were part of the warmup. After these, I did those four bends in doubles, and then: - 35CrMo A 8mm x 8" - 71 degrees - CRS 21/64" x 6" - 55 degrees - CRS 21.64" x 7" - 80 degrees - 2x DR (SK95) 5/16" x 7" - 65, 61 degrees From here, the only resting period was the wrapping: - 3x Stainless (304) bolt 5/16" x 6" - 72, 73, 68 degrees - CRS Square 1/4" x 5" - 58 degrees - Grade 8 bolt 1/4" x 6" - 65 degrees DU - double leathers - 2x C45 8mm x 7" - 44, 43 degrees - CRS HEX 5/16" x 7" - 56 degrees - 35CrMo A 8mm x 6.8" - 57 degrees I also did some easy stuff with the WD2, but my webbing still really hurts (surprisingly), so I had to skip reverse bending again. That's why I did so much DU. Good, long session.

matek
Grippers RH - 2x3 CoC #3 (unrated, my lighter one) MMS - 1x1 GHP #7 (unrated) 1.5" GHP block set - 1x1 Standard Fe RGC 134 CCS - 1x1 GoG Elite #6 (unrated) 1.5" GHP block set - 5x1 Custom Stainless gripper Level 3, 10mm choked, 3-sec holds LH - 4x3 CoC #3 (unrated, my harder one) 22mm choked - 1x1 GoG Elite #6 (unrated) MMS - 5x1 Custom Stainless gripper Level 3, 10mm choked, 2-sec holds I was curious how my grip measures using a dyno after a harder gripper workout: RH was 98.65kg (217.5lb), LH was 96.75kg (213.3lb). So about ~15kg(33lb) loss, not that bad. Maybe I should do more volume with grippers to tire my crush more. matek
DU bending Doubles (leathers) - FBBC Hexabastard CRS HEX 5/16" x 7" - 50 degrees My last official hexabastard from Andrew. Three hits to 50 degrees in 15 secs (I know because I recorded this to learn from the video). If I'm well rested, I'm sure I can do this in one hit. - CRS SQUARE 7mm x 7" - 61 degrees - 8.8 bolt "HDW" 5/16" x 7" - 46 degrees 560lb stock from ECGB Devin. I'm grateful for this bolt because it's perfect for me now. Btw anyone wonders, this is an easier 8.8 bolt than the Horrido "OF". It took me ~4 mins because I had to rewrap once (the layers separated too much during the bend). I'm still happy about this because it's my first 8.8 bolt. Singles (leathers) - 4.8 bolt "KN" 5/16" x 7" This was just part of the warmup. The rest of the bends in singles were after the bends in doubles. - 3x CRS 21/64" x 6" - 48, 46, 49 degrees These were not easy at this point, especially the third one. - CRS 5/16" x 4.5" - 42 degrees - G8 bolt 1/4" x 6" - 64 degrees - Stainless (304) HEX 7mm x 7" - 80 degrees Btw, my certificate of the KWN50 blob lift arrived; looks cool.
Londonjoseph
Great job on that edgin, It's rating may be lower than an 8.8 but I find the sweep and crush to be a lot more brutal on those ones. 1

They also run a cert list for their inch replica, and I plan to do that in the future. But first, I need to figure out how to do the inch lifts at home without destroying the floor. And then actually buying the inch and camouflaging it as a fat cat so my wife won't notice. 2
