The shopping mall near me has a "king size" section😂 which is rare here, I bought it there. The largest they sell is the one I'm wearing; 3XL here 2XL US. That's why usually I buy my clothes online.

Push

I might go to the gym on push day for a while and have a break from the super high volume weighted pushups.

The last I trained bench consistently was during my powerlifting phase. I don't know if I should make bench part of my routine because I still don't like it that much. Will see.

Benchpress
- 8x3 120kg/265lb
- 3x5 110kg/243lb
- 1x10 100kg/220lb

Shoulder press machine (Nautilus)
- 7x12 100kg/220lb

Grippers and blobbin'
Had to do these on one day this week. Order was ||: gripper -> blob :||

Grippers RH
- 5x2 IM CoC #3 (unrated) MMS with a few sec hold on the 2nd rep
- 3x1 IM CoC #3 (unrated) MMS
- 3x2 Custom stainless gripper Level 3, 10mm choked

Grippers LH
- 5x3 IM CoC #3 (unrated) 23mm choked
- 2x2 IM CoC #3 (unrated) 23mm choked
- 3x1 Custom stainless gripper Level 3, 10mm choked

Blobs RH
- 3x1 KWN50 (50.5lb/22.9kg) lift
- 5x1 KWN50 (50.5lb/22.9kg) assisted lift
- 2x1 weighted KWN40 (21.7kg/47.8lb) lift with 5 sec holds on the top

Blobs LH
- 8x1 KWN50 (50.5lb/22.9kg) assisted lift
- 2x1 weighted KWN40 (20.3kg/44.8lb) lift

Not much improvement with RH in the last month, but LH is noticeably stronger, and less and less assist needed.

Pull

I did a bunch of stuff I don't usually do; this was a brutal pull session. Double espresso before going to the gym 😊

Neutral grip weighted pullups
- 5x5 40kg/88lb

Bent over rows (doh of course)
- 4x10 105kg/231lb

T-bar rows
- 4x8 100kg/220lb

Seated cable rows, narrow grip - drop set: only rest is while changing the pin hole
- 10x 113kg/250lb
- 10x 109kg/240lb
- 10x 104kg/230lb
- 10x 100kg/220lb

Wide grip pulldown
- 4x8 127kg/280lb
Up to this point I felt like superman, but from the third set, the fatigue really started to kick in.

Narrow neutral grip pulldown
- 4x9 109kg/240lb

Compound row machine
- 4x14 110kg/242lb

Cable face pulls with slow negative phase
- 4x14 68kg/150lb

My upper back is so sore it's funny. Similar to when you don't/can't work out for a few months and start again. I'm glad I decided to switch things up a little bit.
I will try to outeat the soreness till tomorrow's bending workout

DU bending and Wrist Developer 2
Order was: one DU -> one WD2

DU - doubles (leathers)
- Konoe red head concrete nail 8.6mm x 8" - 61 degrees
Still not a big deal, but it still looks cool.
- DR (SK95) 8.3mm x 8" - 57 degrees
- DR (SK95) 8.2mm x 7.5" - 56 degrees

These drill rods were not easy today. I don't know if it's about the batch, but this SK95 8.3mm rod at 8" felt much harder than an O-1 rod at the same diameter (21/64") at 7.5".
- C45 5/16" x 7" - 48 degrees
- CRS SQUARE 7mm x 7" - 61 degrees

DU - singles (leathers)
- 4.8 bolt 5/16" x 7"
Part of warmup for DU. The rest of the bends in singles were after the bends in doubles.
- C45 HEX 7mm x 6.5" - 48 degrees
- CRS 21/64" x 7" - 42 degrees
- Mild steel 8.5mm x 6.5" - 77 degrees

WD2 (single suedes) - CROM spring, LH front
I haven't used this tool much in the past months, but I still love it. It definitely contributed a lot to my reverse strength. I did all spring positions with the Orange spring as a warmup, then:
- 10x Level 9 (2-2)
- 3x Level 12 (3-3)
- 50x Level 6 (1-1)

I recorded this because I thought it's fun. These were very quick reps, I didn't start all reps from the initial starting position.
- 5x6 Level 10 (2-3)

Btw I had to massage my upper back and traps with horse balm before the workout because it's so sore from the previous back workout it actually hurts. 😂

It really is. Even if I do high reps low resistance I feel it in my elbows and ulnar area. Maybe I need to condition the area for endurance.

High reps low resistance is usually ok for me. If I go nuts on a single or double, that might cause problems in my inner elbow. But for me, inner elbow problems are far more manageable than outer elbow issues.

Blobs + some wrist and forearm work

Blobs
Warmup with the KWN40, then:
RH
- 3x1 KWN50 (50.5lb/22.9kg) lift
- 7x1 KWN50 (50.5lb/22.9kg) assisted lift

LH
- 10x1 KWN50 (50.5lb/22.9kg) assisted lift

I found a 15kg plate super cheap, so trying plate curls for the second time. Would be cool to curl a 20kg/44lb plate.
Plate curls
RH
- 3x2 17.5kg/38.6lb (weighted plate)
LH
- 3x3 14.6kg/32.2lb (original weight of the plate)

Twist yo wrist
- 3x2 12.5kg/27.6lb ulnar deviation rolls
- 3x2 12.5kg/27.6lb radial deviation rolls

Wrist curls (resistance band + rolling pin)
- 3x50 black band

Reverse wrist curls (resistance band + rolling pin)
- 3x50 purple band

Great pump!

- 2x14 70kg/154lb
- 2x18 60kg/132lb

Incline chest press machine
- 5x12 70kg/154lb with a small pause at the top of each rep

Crush press
- 5x14 18kg/40lb dumbbells, squeezing them together as much as I can

I haven't done any thickbar since May, so I thought it was time to get an inch trainer and start working on it once per week. Because I don't do enough stuff already. 😊
Of course, I could use the dumbbells in my gym with fat gripz (like before), but I don't want to go to the gym just because of this. And I was always rushing the thick bar sets there because I don't like my gym (despite having very good equipment).
Arm Assassin Strength Shop sells loadable inch dumbbells at a very affordable price, but the shipping would be way too expensive to where I live. So I just asked my steel supplier to weld it for me. The handle is 2 3/8"/60mm" as it should be, the plate shafts are 25mm because I have standard plates. It's not perfect but for ~36$ (including the material cost) I think it's well worth it.

Loadable inch trainer
Both hands
- 2x1 58.3kg/128.5lb level lift
- 2x1 60.8kg/134lb level lift
- 5x1 63.7kg/140.4lb level lift

RH
- 1x1 66.3kg/146.3lb level lift
- 1x1 63.7kg/140.4lb level lift
- 1x1 63.7kg/140.4lb slight tilt lift

LH
- 3x1 63.7kg/140.4lb slight tilt lift

The order was a little bit different, but it made sense to log it like this.
