matek
DU bending + some WD2 DU - double leathers - Grade 8.8 bolt "HDW" (Horrido 8.8 training bolt) 5/16" x 7" - 54 degrees, 2 hits A few weeks ago I mentioned that these are from Devin, but actually, these are the Horrido 8.8 training bolts (I just keep all 8.8/Edgins in the same place). These are so useful, I should've ordered more. I highly recommend this bolt to everyone who is chasing the 8.8 cert. - Stainless 304 HEX 5/16" x 7" - 41 degrees, 3 hits This was way harder than the official sexabastard I DUd a few months ago. DU - single leathers - CRS 5/16" x 7" - 84 degrees, 1 hit - CRS 21/64" x 7" - 74 degrees, 1 hit - 2x C45 HEX 7mm x 6.5" - 60, 45 degrees, 1 hit, 1 hit - DR (SK95) 7.6mm ("N") x 7" - 74 degrees, 1 hit - DR (SK95) 7.4mm ("M") x 6.7" - 51 degrees, 1 hit I wanted to do more but I had to stop (actually mid-bend) because I've heard a super freaky sound from where my left shoulder and pec major meet. The same place that hurt a little bit since last week (now it hurts more) Not good, will see if there is any bruising. My wife wasn't around to record the bends, so I just used a tripod. Because of this, the super deep parts of the hits are not visible, but meh, it's practice anyway. But I need to record DU bends vertically. Also, the camera sensor is bad (my guess is that chalk got inside) so the image is shaking sometimes, sorry about that. WD2 CROM spring - single suedes, LH front - 2x3 Level 12 (3-3) - 2x10 Level 10 (2-3) Edited August 8, 2023 by matek 3

Sh1t happens, I wasn't even reckless or smg like that. In the worst-case scenario, I'll shift my main focus to pinch and thick bar for a while.
matek
Blobs RH - 3x1 KWN40 (41.2lb/18.7kg) curls I tried curling it, why not. Video is the third one, I think it's reasonably controlled. Btw this is more of a wrist "feat" than pinch. - 4x1 KWN50 (50.5lb/22.9kg) lifts - 4x1 KWN50 (50.5lb/22.9kg) assisted lifts LH - 3x1 KWN40 (41.2lb/18.7kg) lifts - 8x1 KWN50 (50.5lb/22.9kg) assisted lifts Plate curls RH - 1x3 14.6kg/32.2lb - 3x2 17.5kg/38.6lb (weighted plate) LH - 4x3 14.6kg/32.2lb Loadable inch trainer Both hands - 4x1 63.7kg/140.4lb level lift Btw left pec/shoulder is not bruised at least. But it's not something that will heal in a few days, so no push and bending for ~10 days maybe (hopefully). matek
Random workout, because I have to spare my left pec/shoulder Preacher curls - 1x30 35kg/77lb - 1x20 45kg/99lb - 2x10 55kg/121lb - 2x8 60kg/132lb Cable row narrow grip - 2x9 100kg/220lb with Fat Gripz blue - 3x12 113kg/250lb (with the normal handle) Seems like rowing is fine, but I didn't want to push my luck with weighted pullups because that really stretches the problematic area Hammer curls Fat Gripz Extreme - 5x8 45kg/99lb Compound row machine - 5x16 110kg/243lb Shoulder press machine (small weight, just getting blood to the injured area) - 5x12 68kg/150lb
Bigfoot Grip
100lb hammer curls with fat gripz extremes is insane! That must blow up your forearms lol. "Light" shoulder press is very impressive given your injury 1

I have no reference point (what is strong), but it didn't feel that heavy, so maybe you misunderstood (I wasn't clear enough): It was with a barbell I can do hammer curls with, not 99lb dumbbell/hand!

I wasn't sure exactly. I've only got 82lb (total) on the tricep bar for hammer curls with Fat Gripz Extremes. So I was kind of guessing it wasn't a 99lb dumbbell in each hand. But you never know on the the GripBoard. Attaching my Pull, Bize, and Trize notes from Tuesday. As you can see, you're pulling much more than me on pretty much anything (which is why I wasn't sure exactly).

Gotcha. I was going to say that would be something Dennis Cyplenkov might do haha. Either way incredible pulling strength all around.
