Thanks!
Yeah this time, it takes longer to heal than previously. But I just need to be patient.

There was no time/energy for pinch and grippers this week. I mean, I could have done them today, but the amount of calories I burn with blobs and grippers is so insignificant I  decided to do push instead (I put on a few pounds recently 😅).
20kg/44lb weighted pushups with pushup stands
- 12x18
- 2x16
- 1x14
- 1x13
- 1x12

After the main sets (12x18) I just did as many as I could for 5 sets. 287 in total.

20kg/44lb neck curls
- 4x18
- 2x16
- 1x14
- 1x13

7.5kg/16.5lb thumb curls
- 6x32 RH
- 6x27 LH

Thumb press with SG replica at (3-3)
- 3x28 BH

Decided to write about bending only once per week if nothing interesting happens.
This week: 10/23-10/29
DU

- CRS 9/32" x 6"
- 35CrMo-A 7mm x 6"

I'm sure you burned a few with all this bending. Nice work.

My left elbow healed to 90% I'd say, but I knew there was nothing serious there.
My right elbow, though... well usually, I don't have any issues with my right elbow.
I did bending for a few hours on Tuesday, and the next day, I woke up to pain and limited range of motion in my right elbow (especially when I'm extending my arm). It's so weird because although I felt something during the workout, I didn't feel anything that would tell me to stop (if I had stopped bending every time there was discomfort, I would have achieved nothing).  I thought if something goes wrong with this new program (bending multiple times per week) that would be my wrist (left, probably). Well, no.

Anyway, no workout yesterday and today. But I made 1lb of beef jerky and 2lb of venison jerky, and prepped food for a few days. Will try blobs tomorrow I think.

Hopefully the right elbow will heal up soon, it's probably a bit of localised inflammation which should go away in a few days.

The beef and venison jerky soons great. I've never had venison jerky before but love venison.

Thanks man, that's what I'm hoping for.

Me and my wife like it a lot. I regularly cook almost every part of the animal; shanks, sirloin, round, neck, heart, backstrap, tenderloin (not that often :)), sometimes even ribs, or grind some and mix it with beef/pork fat for hamburgers, etc.

Ahah any time man.
I like black pudding (long time since I ate one, though). We have blood sausage in Hungary I like a lot, but I never made it here in Japan. I used to eat it a lot when I was younger (my grandparents made sausage frequently). My sister liked the "normal" sausage better, but I always preferred the blood sausage :) . I also like haggis, and since sheep lung is legal here, I should be able to make it. Maybe I'll make it in the near future, should be a great project

Now you're talking my language 😂

Black pudding is amazing, we get really good Scottish black pudding here and also from a place called bury in England where it's famous for its blood sausage black pudding.

Haggis is also delicious, I'm close to Scotland so I can buy it anytime I like.

Homemade haggis would be cool to do.

🤤  you guys are getting me hungry.

I could go for an English breakfast with tea in the morning and shepherds pie with a bunch of beer after work a few times a week at least

Might not live long but I’d die happy

Sounds great. I love Shepard's pie also. Same with cottage pie made with beef.

Even though I'm English I don't drink tea at all though, well not normal black tea. I like coffee. I do drink the odd cup of chamomile or South African rooibos tea though. I love rooibos in particular.

Thanks Joe, noticeably better, especially when I flex it. I still can't fully extend it.

Btw two days ago I tried the Horrido 8.8 DU. I got it to 15 degrees in two hits, but the second hurt my left wrist so much I had to stop. I might take a break from bending in doubles (in the past months I was doing it rarely anyways). Compared to other successful DU benders in doubles (whom are all very strong DO benders btw), I can't keep the bar high enough and I can't keep the bar super close to my chest. The reason for both is lack of mobility (smg most DO benders have). And because of this, the critical part of the bend has to be done in a compromised wrist position (like when bending in singles) which is not very ideal when exerting that much force. So until I can get to a position where the bend is basically done in a neutral wrist position, might be better to stop bending in doubles.

Grippers

First gripper training day in two weeks. So I just did what I felt like doing.

RH
- 1x4 IM CoC#3, unrated, MMS
- 1x3 IM CoC#3, unrated, MMS
- 3x2 IM CoC#3, unrated, MMS
- 4x1 GHP#7, unrated, MMS

What a stupid, unfocused session 😂. Actually, the first single with the GHP was harder than the last because at first, I was tired from the #3 reps.

LH
Nothing hard because of my left wrist.
-6x3 GD IG90, standard spread, stoppers filed, Level 5, MMS
-3x2 GD IG90, standard spread, stoppers filed, Level 5, MMS
