Crazy, between that pic and your vid with the WD yesterday... You look like you put on even more muscle...

ahah I wish so.

Btw dude I ordered the KWN55 blob today. I'm not sure but they might make these heavier ones order-made, so it might take a month to get it. Plenty of time to figure out how to explain it to my wife.

I always try to tell mine it's a lifetime investment.... They never see it that way 😔.

My wife always gives me a hard time when a package of steel comes to the house. I find giving her a pint of Ben & Jerry's right before it happens is a good answer. Do it too many times though, and they will catch on....

My wife rolls her eyes at every USPS flat-rate box that arrives.  Pallets, however, get extra scrutiny.  hahaha

And the next question is, do you really need that!?

I wish I had a dollar for every time I got that question...although I'd probably spend that money on more grip tools!  🤪

RH - Grippers
- 4x3 Standard Adjustable W set to RGC~130, 20mm block set
- 2x1 Filed Standard Adjustable Ti set to RGC~135, 30mm block set, 2-sec hold
- 2x GHP #8 (unrated) set practice

LH - Inch trainer
- 1x1 63.7kg/140.4lb level lift (actually wasn't the first set, but the third)
- 3x1 63.7kg/140.4lb slight tilt lift
- 2x3 58.3kg/128.5lb level lift
- 2x2 58.3kg/128.5lb level lift

I had to finish it fast, so I was really rushing the rest periods.

RH - blobs
- 1x5 KWN40 (18.7kg/41.2lb) lift
- 1x1 KWN50 (50.5lb/22.9kg) lift
- 4x2 KWN50 (50.5lb/22.9kg) assisted (from the side) lift

These were all attempts btw, I just knew I would've failed them so I started assisting them from the knees and went for doubles. It was a little bit frustrating. The one I got was the second set.

I think I should have a day between my grip days when I'm doing normal gym stuff..
(btw last week a copied the wrong weight for the KWN40, that weight is if I put two 1.25kg plates on it with magnets)

DU in IMPs
- CRS 9/32" x 7"
- CRS 9/32" x 6.7"
- DR SK95 9/32" x 7"
- CRS HEX 7mm x 7"
- Stainless 304 bolt 5/16" x 6"
- C45 7mm x 7"

I almost never tear the skin of my pinky's middle joint (it's always the bottom one), but today somehow I managed to do just that. Maybe the skin on my pinkies became a little bi... in this little break🥲

Hope that little Bi.....Pinky of yours heals up soon. Like i said before when  my hands are tired pinch/blobbing is the first thing to suffer. And its normally an easy 10lbs difference.

I'm amazed that except for a blood blister or two and a split on my thumb webbing both from reverse. I don't think i've ever torn my skin yet.  I don't want too but at the same time I feel its a right of passage.

Still great blobbing and bending today. I miss bending so much. My recovery has improved so much since taking a break though.

Haha thanks.
I know.. I'm taking it easy with bending for now. I'm more excited about blobs now, and I really want to get serious about grippers again.

RH - blobs
- 1x4 KWN40 (18.7kg/41.2lb) lift (part of the warmup)
- 1x1 KWN50 (50.5lb/22.9kg) lift

Happened at the 6th set this time. But only once this time. I have a feeling the KWN55 will not even come off the ground.
- 5x2 KWN50 (50.5lb/22.9kg) assisted (from the side) lift

LH - inch trainer
- 1x3 58.3kg/128.5lb level lift
- 2x1 63.7kg/140.4lb level lift
- 1x1 66.2kg/145.9lb level lift
I think I've never managed to level lift this much with my LH. I'm probably still stronger with my RH, but I want to dedicate my left to one handed thick bar stuff, and my right to blobs. I think my left has better potential because my left thumb is about a 1cm longer. But for now, my right forearm and thumb are simply stronger.
- 1x1 66.2kg/145.9lb slight tilt lift
Then I failed one around the knees so I decreased the weight.
- 2x1 63.7kg/140.4lb level lift

The KWN55 arrived earlier than I thought. It's big 😅, weighs 24.9kg (54.9lb).

I haven't used it yet, just chalked it a little bit to slow down the rusting

RH - Grippers
- 2x3 Standard Fe, RGC 134, 20mm block set, 3-sec hold on last rep
- 2x2 Standard Fe, RGC 134, 20mm block set, 3-sec hold on both reps
- 2x1 Standard Fe, RGC 134, 20mm block set, 5-sec hold on close
- 2x1 Standard Co, RGC 165, set practice to ~10mm
- 2x1 Standard Adj Ti, filed, RGC 135, 20mm block set

LH - Inch trainer
- 1x5 128.8lb/58.4kg level lift
- 1x2 140.2lb/63.6kg level lift
- 1x1 151.9lb/68.9kg level lift

The 140lb double went so well I decided to go for it.
Success, but I couldn't replicate it a few minutes later (failed around the knees).
Still, less than 10kg to go... at least until the weight of an inch bell, because I'm sure it's harder than my trainer. But as I hit 78kg, I will buy the real deal.
- 1x1 146.2lb/66.3kg level lift
- 2x1 146.2lb/66.3kg slight tilt lift
- 3x1 140.2lb/63.6kg level lift
- 3x1 140.2lb/63.6kg slight tilt lift

Thanks man. It probably won't happen soon, but it's worth the journey!

Its a long journey thats for sure. Going on two years for me in July. Everyday I'm more motivated than the last. It might be another two years but I'll get it.
