- CRS 5/16" x 7" single leathers reverse bend 2 hits to 59 degrees, 10 secs
- CRS 21/64" x 7" single leathers DU bend 1 hit to 81 degrees, 4 secs

Before the reverse, I also did these:
- 10 x (1-1), (2-2), (3-3), (4-4) WD2 Orange spring
- 5x (5-5), (6-6) WD2 Orange spring

- 2x4 14.6kg/32.2lb plate curls both hands
- 1x1 17.4k/38.4lb weighted plate curl both hands
- 1x1 17.4k/38.4lb weighted plate curl LH
- 1x1 20.3kg/44.8lb weighted plate curl RH

Can be a little bit stricter, but it's ok.

- 3x1 KWN40 blob lifts with a few sec hold both hands
- 2x1 KWN50 blob assisted lifts both hands
- 2x1 KWN50 blob lift RH
- 2x1 KWN50 blob assisted lifts LH

- 1x3 CoC #3 MMS + small hold (but opened fast) RH
Almost forgot to show the handle in the video (not like it's really important since it's just practice)

- 12x25 pushups with pushup stands
I did these between the grip sets.

Shoulder/pec is a lot better (that's why I did some bends), but the other day when I did heavy wrist curls I strained one of the flexor muscles in my right forearm. Sigh... but in a few days I go to Hungary to visit family and friends. Hopefully, it will heal there.

Holiday workout

8x:

- 12x pullups
- 25x pushups
- 4x or 3x GD IG90 gripper filed stoppers Level 5 standard spread MMS LH
- 5x or 4x GD IG90 gripper filed stoppers Level 5 standard spread MMS RH
- 10x WD2 CROM spring Level 9 (2-2) LH front
- 10x wide pinch both hands
- leaning away from a rectangular wood pillar and "rowing" back myself (this is what I came up for pinch)

Couldn't really feel the bw pullups (just in my injured forearm...), but 80 reps in total on Level 9 is a decent volume with the Wrist Developer.

I've said this before, but I admire your creativity.  Nice that you found a way to work in some pinching.  Enjoy your holiday!

I'm back. Still struggling with some jetlag from the 7 hour time difference, and I'm a little rusty as expected.

Warmed up with grippers (up to CoC #3) and the WD2 (up to Level 7). Order was all over the place.

Reverse bending - single leathers
- Stainless bolt 5/16" x 6" - 48 degrees

Barehanded to sub 2"
- Bolt 1/4" x 6" - ~0.6"

DU bending - single leathers
- CRS SQUARE 7mm x 6.7" - 68 degrees
- CRS 21/64" x 6" - 63 degrees

Inch trainer
RH
- 2x1 68.9kg/151.9lb - tilt lifts
- 2x2 63.8kg/140.7lb - level lifts
- 1x1 63.8kg/140.7lb - level lifts

LH
- 2x1 68.9kg/151.9lb - failed around the knees
- 5x1 63.8kg/140.7lb - level lifts

Plate curls
Both hands
- 3x3 14.6kg/32.2lb (15kg plate) -  slow strict curls

Grippers were ok, but maybe because of yesterday's session, pinch felt very off today.
I also did a few lifts on this anvil/horn-type handle. I've had it for a while but never got into training it. Maybe I will start doing it once per week now that I have enough plates.

Grippers
After warmup with the GD IG90 up to Level 5:
RH
- 1x1 IM CoC #3 unrated (my harder one) MMS
- 1x1 Standard adjustable Ti set to RGC 156 MMS
- 1x1 Standard adjustable W set to RGC 160 MMS
- 1x1 Custom stainless gripper set to Level 3 20mm choked
- 1x1 Custom stainless gripper set to Level 3 15mm choked

LH
- 3x1 Standard Fe (legacy) RGC 134 MMS
- 1x1 Custom stainless gripper set to Level 3 15mm choked
- 1x1 Custom stainless gripper set to Level 3 10mm choked

Blobs
After warmup with the KWN40:
RH
- 4x1 KWN50 assisted lifts
- 1x1 KWN50 lift

LH
- 5x1 KWN50 assisted lifts

Horn/anvil type lift
Both hands
- 2x1 76.8kg/169.3lb
- 3x1 81.9kg/180.6lb

Two LH attempts were lifted lower than the RH lifts, but that's ok for now. I think I can go higher with RH.

That's a great anvil lift.  Especially with all the other work you're doing.

Before bending, I used the little bighorn handle from ironmind. It was my favorite implement. My best was 205lbs

Thanks!
I thought about buying the little bighorn but since I don't have opportunities to participate in grip contests, I decided to buy this much cheaper anvil handle.
200lb+ on that handle is very good! Try it next time you work out, I'm sure a lot of that strength is still there!

Btw after today's workout (and a few drinks) I tried to Heslep bend a 9/32" x 7" CRS. The 1/4" moved so fast I thought I got it, but  I couldn't put it to 40 degrees man (it moved but I didn't measure the angle because I rage-DUd it after the fail like a sore loser😂).

I understand the rage finish part 😂

Here is an older clip of one of my pulls. It was originally a triple, with a solid 2 second pause on the third rep but unfortunately my friend stopped filming :(

Long bending session.
Reverse and DU for volume + two braced bends.

Reverse bending - single leathers
- G5 bolt 1/4" x 6" (390lb batch)
- CRS 21/64" x 7"

First time reversing this diameter, I'm happy about this one. Hardest bend today, drained me more than expected.
- 2x Stainless bolt 5/16" x 6"
- Stainless 304 HEX 7mm x 7"
- Drill Rod SK95 9/32" x 7"
- CRS HEX 7mm x 7"
- 35CrMo4 (annealed) 7mm x 6.5"

All 40+ degrees.

DU bending - single leathers
- G8 bolt 1/4" x 6" (490lb batch)
- CRS 21/64" x 6"
- Stainless 304H (increased carbon 304) 5/16" x 7"

I still hate this cursed material.
- 35CrMo4 (annealed) 5/16" x 8"
- Stainless bolt 5/16" x 5"
- C45 HEX 7mm x 6.5"
- 2x C45 HEX 7mm x 7"

All 40+ degrees.

Long time since I did anything braced.
Short braced bending - double leathers
- Bolt 27/64" (10.7mm) x 11.8" (300mm)
The wrap around the head-side moved around a lot so I awkwardly bent the head part first at the sweep. It wasn't particularly hard, but I like this bolt. Cheap and looks cool.
- CRS HEX 10mm (~25/64") x 11" (280mm) - hard CRS
The kink was harder than expected. Sweep and crush wasn't hard because of the length.

Both sub 2".

My hands look really bad so I stopped here.
Btw I'm entirely out of 'normal' 5/16" (well, 8mm) and 9/32" CRS so I have ~30lb of steel coming early next week. Won't be fun to cut it but oh well.

- 10x20 20kg/44lb weighted pushups with pushup stands
No time for more today.

- 6x10 15kg/33lb neck curls
I've been neglecting neck training for months now, it's time to get back into it.

Steel arrived earlier than expected. I didn't have time to cut the bars today, but I cleaned the bars from the industrial grease and marked them for cutting. The bottom is 5/16" (nominal 8mm), the top is 9/32".  I have plenty of thicker CRS but I needed these.
