Squat:

120 kg x 5

170 kg x 6

200 kg x 3/3/3

170 kg x 5

Grippers L/R:

Totally sucked today... Closed the 3.5 with both hands a couple of times. Missed some with my left.

2HP:

50 kg x 3

80 kg x 3

90 kg x 1

100 kg x 1

105 kg x 1

I'm happy to be able to pull 115 kg with almost non existent 2HP training. :D

I ended with some light blob lifts and two handed plate wrist curl.

Damn! Now, what could you do with some specific pinch training, if that is how strong you are training mostly grippers lately? :blink

Martin first lifted 115kg in training like a year ago, was it??? If he hadn't layed off training he'd be putting up some CRAZY numbers by now. Hopefully he'll set the bar high at some contest he decides to enter.

Seems like it doesn't want to be processed... I'll update with the correct url later...

EDIT:

Martin, You were practically doing high pulls with those pinches. I'm really impressed with your training, great work!

I just bought a beef builder grip machine from a friend for less then 50$! I think I will try to train exclusively with that one for a while, and see how that transfers to grippers. Atleast I expect some gains for the sweep.

yes Martin i think u will notice some results from this machine; variety its very important(to avoid boredom).

U are stronger (overall) and its a matter of time to kill one gripper +180 lbs.

I might have closed a +190 lbs gripper. But the witness and I weren't totally sure so I won't count it. :)
