Close grip bench press (should all words be apart?) :)

Nope, separated with hyphens for close-grip :D

70x10(with straps) ... i think your hand can handle it without straps. ..maybe due to fatigue?

I could have done it without reps, but I'd like to do some decent rowing too, without having to think about the grip or regripping.

I bought an RGC from climber511 a couple of years ago. I just got a thing made so that I can place the RGC in my powerrack, so in a a couple of weeks I will be able to calibrate grippers too.

Very cool Martin! It's going to be a blast for you just like it is for me. I even calibrated grippers today over trying for a gripper PR. That's pretty hardcore right there. :D

That's cool Martin! Maybe you could calibrate some of my grippers if I pay for shipping and everything? :blush

Haha, :)

I'm looking up the possibilities to rent a calibrated scale, and when I got one, I'll start calibrating!

I just made a really hi-tech app (lol) for RGC calibrated grippers, just enter the number and it spits out the rating value.

Bring it on, you have to close them one at a time anyway.

Plenty of time to get your strength back and then some.
