CoC#3
Nice pressing session, welldone on the PRs aswell. Have you been training total body stuff during your grip lay off or not training at all? The fact that you are still moving some decent weight is probably why you haven't lost much strength on grippers.

I actually find it much harder to do flatbenchdumbbellpresswithonedumbellineachhandpressingupanddownwhilelooking upatt heceiling then flatbenchdumbbellpresswithonedumbellineachhandpressingupanddownwhilelooking downatt heground. Nice pressing session, welldone on the PRs aswell.Have you been training total body stuff during your grip lay off or not training at all? The fact that you are still moving some decent weight is probably why you haven't lost much strength on grippers. Thanks! I've been doing some training, the last time I went really heavy was in late january where I did 3x3 @ 220 kg ,squat, 3x3 @ 140 kg closegrip bp and 2x3 @ 250 kg deadlift. All raw, which includes no belt for me. Maybe I should call it raaaawr? The second week in february I got my tonsilles removed, in mid march I got a job. Since february I have just trained very sporadic.

mobsterone
Nice pinch work. I've set my mind on 107.5-kilos if I go to the Euros.
ewokhugo
your 2 hp its going to to reach 110kg very soon:-) just curious to know if u are going to try to climb the mash monster leader?(unnoficially u closed one mm5 replica)
Martin_Arildsson
Thanks guys. You are doing real good Steve, a couple of years ago you were a bit away from doing 90 kg on the 2hp, and now you are one of the best on it! Well, make that on everything! Hugo, I actually lifted 110k yesterday, or did I miss something? Not sure about the ladder atm... Maybe when I'm strong?
mobsterone
Cheers. Due to the way the records list was policed by Mikeal some lifts of mine were not allowed on. About 1 and 1/2 years ago it was still showing a 84.5-kilo lift (made at the British 2006) when I was doing a bunch of singles, on a good day mind at the time, with 90-kilos. The 90+ I did at the 2007 British didn't make it on there while he was controlling it nor did the 95 I did in the Supermatch against Theo. Even my extra 103.1 at the Whey Power Challenge last xmas could not be included because of the rules (it was an extra attempt). So I've been making slow steady progress which the list did not show. If I stay at it I think I can do 110-kilos by the end of the year.
ewokhugo
my english its horrible sometimes ... i said "leader" instead of ladder ...lol u have to close your #3 to become mash monster level 0 , then request mm1 gripper (about 3.2) and go to the top (mm6)(around 4.02?) if u can:-))
