Good job on that #4 chest crush. This level of crush strength will really help with your bending.

And your bending is coming along nicely. You keep mentioning "diamond" and "triangle" G5's, what is the difference?

It refers to the marking on the head of the bolt. Grade 5's vary just like grippers. The Diamond Grade 5's are halfway between and Triangle Grade 5 and a FBBC Grade 8.

What type of cards are you tearing?  Based on your other lifts, I think you are capable of ripping a deck of the raven cards from Target right now.

Casino Cards...Plastic Coated...Slicker than a 2 dollar hooker :blush

Get some Wal-Mart Gold Crowns if you feel like showing off your card tearing abilities. They're great for stroking your ego. :D Nice job on that HG500, the steel should be scared!

Your bending strength is taking off! How long do you think until the red nail?

I'd second Josh on the easy cards to show off. It feels pretty good to see that deck split in half.
