35lb hex X 1...Full Deadlift...PR...first time to get a full DL of the 35 on the Right

Pinch:

2 25's Plate Hula for 15 times around the back without stopping.

This was my first time trying this. It was really fun and got the blood flowing to the guns.

I had a couple more in the tank but was barefooted and did not want to risk losing a toe.

V-Bar:

155lbs X 1...PR...previous PR from back in April was 135llbs or so.

165lbs X 1...PR...

170lbs X 1...PR...Good Times

Lil' Thunder Jr:

170lbs X 1

195lbs X 1

205lbs X 1

215lbs X 1

This is my first time with Lil' Thunder Jr. He is a 1" diameter revolving handle. He rolls out of my hand worse than Rolling Thunder Sr.

Bad Times:

I was planning on training today but my right hand is jacked up bad. I shook hands with a co-worker today and I felt a POP in my right hand. After that my

thumb started tingling and my hand went numb. I took some ibuprofen to no avail. I cannot even close a Trainer at this point. I have no strength in this hand

at all. Every time I use it even for something as simple as opening a door I feel a POP and it goes numb again. If anyone has any ideas then please share.

So much for certing on the Red this year ='-(

Grippers - Left Hand Only:

20 TNS closes of the Super Advanced

20 CCS closes of the Super Advanced

20 MMS closes of the Super Advanced

note - doing the MMS closes caused my right hand more damage from doing the setting. Looks like it's going to be TNS and CCS only in the near future!!!

That sucks bro.  I don't know what that's all about.  I'll be praying for ya.

Thank you Bro.

God Bless.

I'm thinking about you big man! Sending good thoughts your way. :bow It will heal. Just try not to aggravate it more than it already is. Maybe you should go to the doctor.

Grippers - Left Hand Only:

10 TNS closes of the HG200

10 CCS closes of the HG200

10 MMS closes of the HG200

10 SH closes of the HG200

note - SH = Spring Hold. To do just hold the gripper in front of you by the spring with the non-gripping hand and then place the gripping hand on the gripper handles and squeeze. Keep the non-gripping hand on the spring during the squeeze. Very good for training the not so sweet spot of the hand.

Bench Press :

120 x 1

170 x 1

190 x 1

210 x 1...PR

I have not done bench press in years. 200 was my PR about 3 years ago when I was benching. Bodyweight today is 202. I'm pretty happy with my 210. I pretty sure I am good for 220 today but I don't have a spotter.

Ben's Knurled 1 1/8" Rolling Handle :

156 x 1

191 x 1

216 x 1..PR

First time trying this little beauty out. I'm in love. Could have gone heavier but some bolts and steel started taunting me :D

Bending :

8 Twist Timber Tie x 1

6" x 1/4" Grade 2 Hex Bolt x 1

5 Twist Timber Tie x 1

60d Common Nail x 1...PR

5" x 1/4" Grade 5 Hex Bolt x 0...I put a nice 140 degree kink in it though.

5.5" x 1/4" Grade 5 Hex Bolt x 0...I put a 120 degree kink in this one and let out. I was pretty tired at this point and don't want to hurt anything since i'm still healing from the BBB2005.

I'm pretty happy about bending a 60d Common for the first time. I thought these were supposed to be tough but it might as well been cloths wire hanger.

I never made it to the Doctor but my right hand is healing up pretty quick. I'm still scared to touch a gripper with it though. Maybe in a couple more weeks.

Good Times are back.
