(a) @Jedd Johnson is awesome and (b) I've had similar experiences where I've reached out to him here and there and gotten very quick, helpful responses/insights/advice

He got my blob work to the next level by watching a couple of videos, providing me feedback on my technique, and pointing me toward specific resources at https://thegripauthority.com/ to address my opportunities for improvement.

Again, it's all my pleasure.  I really enjoy seeing you guys pull off your feats that you're training hard for.

Yeah..."supportive" is an understatement.  Even "coach" doesn't quite capture it.  Maybe "mentor" and "advocate"?

Yeah, you know, the term, "coach," has never felt right.  I feel more like I'm just trying to show you guys the best way to reach your goals.  It's more like a guide.

Keep up the good work fellas.

Bad headache this morning...  Theres one beverage i like more than beer.  Strong black coffee, 4-5 cups a day. If I don't have a cup after work, terrible headaches.

Brief rowing today C2 5 min warm up 5 rounds of 30seconds on 30rest...5 minute cool down. 11 minute yoga.

I also love it/need it. But I'm limiting it to 2-3 espresso/day.

Like big 2 cups before work. One large one from McDonald’s on way to work and one more when I get home. Couldn’t tell you the ml/ ounces but it’s more than 250ml. Then sometimes I sneak another in. But it’s normally 4., sometimes 3 sometime 5. I can have a cup right before bed and still fall asleep.

I’ve noticed since starting DO my Chest Krusher strength has gone down significantly.

Which leads me to to think it actually does help with bending. Will drop down to 3 springs on bottom or 4 on top for a while.

Carried 16 80lbs bags of concrete from front of house to back and then mixed and shoveled them was a good bonus workout. Those bags felt like nothing again because i've been training with sandbags... When I train with them, bags of concrete and mortar feel so much lighter.

Then did 20 minutes stretching when i got home. Both my Thursday and Friday night crew canceled on me this week.. Will have to take matters into my own hands and drink alone again.
