If I don't have a cup after work, terrible headaches. Like big 2 cups before work. One large one from McDonald’s on way to work and one more when I get home. Couldn’t tell you the ml/ ounces but it’s more than 250ml. Then sometimes I sneak another in. I’ve noticed since starting DO my Chest Krusher strength has gone down significantly. Which leads me to to think it actually does help with bending. Those bags felt like nothing again because i've been training with sandbags... When I train with them, bags of concrete and mortar feel so much lighter. Then did 20 minutes stretching when i got home. Both my Thursday and Friday night crew canceled on me this week..
