My issue came back yesterday from working on my hands and knees in an attic all day. Worse than before but i said screw it and still worked out pretty hard today

 

Get Strong, whatever i did on Tuesday same today

 

WD2 8 reps 1-1, 1-2, 2-2 6 reps 2-2,2-3,3-2  2 reps 3-3, 3,4 4,3

 

Levering

25"x3

26"x3 x 4 set

 

 

didn't push bending hard

3/16x7inch DO two of them VERY easy

 

Reverse 2 60d imp 2f 25sec 55 sec  no rubber bands  2nd was really hard

ISO reverse 60d shiny 7secs x 3

Reverse lever 

14"x3 15"x3 16"x3

 

 

sidewinder and sidetwister high reps good pump

Nice workout man. I also did some WD2 during warmup today, felt really good.

Thanks. Did higher reps than normal. 3-4 or 4-3 whichever is harder is a real sticking point so I figured try a different rep scheme. I really felt it in my upper arms as opposed to just elbows down.

Please be careful with ring pushups unstable exercises are notorious for causing muscle tears I really don't want you to tear a pec.

 thanks I am. I did a long of ring movements for years about until a couple years ago. I got pretty good results in the past. Except for pull ups which I still suck at but it’s improving.

Did some light work with Sidewinder Wrist Devloper and Chest Krusher this morning.. No straining just felt like it.

went to the forge and got some hammer time in and made  a nice S hook with some scrolls for this elderly couple i'm a care taker for, who are now in a nursing home unfortunately.  i've talked to them twice a day everyday for at least 10 years now.  Its been very hard getting used to not having to check in on them all the time.   

 

gonna do some stretching and start pregaming for the Superbowl soon

some mobility and 10 minutes yoga... will start rowing tonight again... Went to see my uncle last night and he moved from 3rd floor to 8th floor in the complex he lives in... Started getting out of breath 🤣 before i made it to the 3rd  Luckily cardio comes back fast.

Thanks John. Wasn’t the date I was hoping for. Surprisingly matched and talked with quite a few girls on Tinder the last couple weeks but they were boring and pretty sure this piece of steel has a better personality. 😂

So that’s what I’m doing tonight!
