Did higher reps than normal. 3-4 or 4-3 whichever is harder is a real sticking point so I figured try a different rep scheme. I did a long of ring movements for years about until a couple years ago. I got pretty good results in the past. No straining just felt like it. went to the forge and got some hammer time in and made a nice S hook with some scrolls for this elderly couple i'm a care taker for, who are now in a nursing home unfortunately. i've talked to them twice a day everyday for at least 10 years now.
