Nice bending and great work on the WD2. 
Yeah, the Orange and CROM spring behave differently.

Thank you. I’m getting there. It’s making a huge difference marking the stock and not bending with hands so close.

for now I’ll just keep moving up on orange spring and doing 2 attempts each hand with CROM.  But it’s not really too hard with my left.

Oh yes, getting the hands super close/almost touching is absolutely brutal.

I'm the same. I am one full CROM level weaker with right-hand front. Or even more, I just grind through the same reps one level lower. In my case, I think it's partly a pain thing. My right thumb MCP joint hurts a lot at higher levels.

One day I’ll be bending with close hands again, but need to build my strength and work backwards from there.

 

I seem to have a good with going with WD now.  Every 3rd week I go up a full level or add another rubber band for all 3 working sets. Slow and steady.

Looks like you're feeling better. 50 shades of blacksmith. That's funny people don't get the things that we do as far as grip. It's like you do what and why

haha Thanks, ... Yup, i'm a lot better, just breathed in something that messed with my sinus.

I like to let girls I talk to know how serious I take these goals and i'm not going to start dating somebody and get derailed and lose my progress. She really gave me the creeps, I was flattered though..

 

A lot of people dont get grip....I like to say, everybody laughs until they need a jar opened.  The worst part is when you try to describe it and most people can't keep their mouths shut long enough to listen.

Thursday beer night. two double cheeseburgers from McDonalds, 4 beers, 2 slices of pizza and I still don't gain weight.

thanks.. I never would normally eat Mcdonalds before drinking beer and eating pizza, but I didn't have a big lunch and I was starving. Wasn't the best choice. 

last night i did 20minutes of yoga before bed

 

Concept 2 5 min warm up 5 rounds of 250m. 1 minute rest.

My pace was like 56-59 seconds per round.  I think every week I'll lower my rest time by 5 seconds... Once I get to 30 second rest times and i'm still keeping it under a minute i'll up the resistance level, or distance. We will see. Got my heart going.

 

Then I did 12 minutes of yoga.

Pretty run down, I have sinus infection and was hungover and had to lower my numbers across the board... Went to a brewery the beer was supposedly only 6% but it was way stronger than that.

Thank you.  Yeah, me and all my siblings have bad sinus issues. Doesn't drain properly... We are prone to sinus infections and between the dry weather and this job i didn't stand a chance.  I'll get better.

Yes, I love breweries, as much as I love the High Life, i've really been enjoying this microbrewery beers. This place is cool, its an old mechanics shop, not that big, you just go there and hang out and drink beer, and get food delivered.

yeah it is.

did 30mins of yoga. Was supposed to smoke cigars and mess with around with some bending with a friend tonight but its not happening.

15 minutes of yoga then decided to try some Sunday snapping. 

Warmed up with wrist developer 15 second reps and 5 second negatives

all 1 rep

Tried reverse snapping out and man thats tough... I'm throw a few hits in there when i do snap reverse style and try and build that strength up.

 

None of this was too hard, just a nice relaxing mini workout.

Went for 20 minute walk tonight and might stretch later.

Whatever I have has settled into my chest and I'm getting out of breath easy.

they find a way to get it and then some.. There some new tax laws taking place thats going to make it very hard to run a business if you aren't good with the book keeping.

Medicine is working and chest feeling little better, more productive cough, but I was up all night coughing.

lowered the weights on the RGT by about 5lbs for today

Get Strong phase 2 week 1. I did half of what it calls for. Its still easy stuff but I want to give it my all and will start phase 2 for real next 2 week.
