I'm now messing around with these things called "Mike Tyson pushups" great way to warm up w/ squats and bridges wall assist hspu RGT L 65x2 x5 sets R 70x2 x5 sets NN 2x5 Pinch bloc 75x3 80x3 90x3 Inch 3x3 negatives both hands Thanks to Adam T Glass, i've added TGU back in and swings.... running short on time so used my 26lbskb 5x1 both hands and 5x10 1h swings i'm going to activly per-sue the 72lbs TGU and then 88lbs... sidewinder for pump Vulcan V2 thumb screws 2 sets 1 arm hangs 5 seconds Threw in pistol squats to a block, going to lower it once i hit 8 reps per leg. Today marks 20 years my grandpa died, the one who indirectly got me into this sport like i've talked about a million times due to his legendary strength... Deload calistenics WD2 with 5 rubber bands 5x15 reps both hands levering 14lbs sledge @20" 5x3 each hand reverse lever @12" 3x3 both hands Horseshoe bender 3x8 1 spring 3rd position 35lbskb 10x10swings 5x1 TGU dead hangs He came a little early, just like his uncle usually does..... Mike Tyson pushups, squats with indian clubs, 1 leg bridges, assisted hspus, ring pull ups 2 3/8 loadable Dumbell Left and Right 5 sets of 60x3 Negatives 3 sets of 65x3 RGT Left 5 sets 65x3 Right 5 sets 70x3 RGT thumbless holds Left 3 sets 60x10 seconds Right 3 sets 65x10 seconds Napalm Nightmare 5 sets 155lbsx3 1 arm hangs, 2 sets of 5 seconds pistol squats assisted 5x1 1h swings 5 sets each hand 26lbs x 10 35lbs x 10, 44 lbx 10, 55lb x 10 x 2.... TGU 26x1 35x1 44x1 55lbsx2 Chest Krusher 4 springs, 4 sets of 2 reps held upside down. 2 sets of 1 with 5 springs but needed help w/legs to close... Thats ok 2x10 sledge rotations I have a lot to do and don't feel like doing anything today. Need to build a ramp to train with my inch dumbbell. I had to deal with very serious emergency I dont want to talk about... Had nothing to do with me but I was the only one who capable of handling it.. I noticed the past month or maybe longer now my time down, or up depending on how you look at it... I forget you need to oil the chain every 50 hours or something like that.......
