Walking 50min

HangBar Bench Press

-Green Monster Bands

-Lightening at up position 0kg, from chest 20kg

2x10 60kg

2x6 85kg

2x4 110kg

2x3 135kg

3x1 160kg

1x1 170kg

1x1 180kg

I stopped my bench here. My lats and pectoralis wasn´t recovered yet. Monday´s deadlift was sooooooo hard for my pecs. Also last weekend´s scale squeezes affects this.

That deceptive marketing happens all the time here in the states. Burgers, etc. always look like works of art on the signage. Then you pick them up from the window and it looks like somebody sat on them all day :chris:

Blob and INCH pulls & farmer´s walk out of Epana. Got 22.20 meters at blob farmer´s walk. After that my hands were finished and I got only 2 meters at double INCH farmer´s walk! :lol:

Juha, nice work man! I'd say you are the most well-rounded grip athlete in the world right now. No weakness!! That is my goal, to be strong in all areas of grip and strength.. inspirational log brother

Thanks for your words Jon.

I remembered that you have also "normal size hands" ? It´s very challenging to be good in all areas of grip. Narrow pinch, middle wide pinch (40mm-75mm), big grippers with MM-Set, Rim lifts, Horne´s thick bar, grip topzs etc fits very good for our hands. 60mm axle, all dumbbells with 3" handle, 85mm to +100mm pinch, credit card closes are difficulty but not impossible.

Have you ever tried fatman blobs? Alexey told to me that he had big problems with fatmans at Sorin´s grip contest. That sounds scary. I and Alexey have similar size hands. I can´t believe that fatmans are too hard?

Mine are between 7 3/4 and 8.. So about average for my height (6,1)... I have lifted the next gen blob 100 but I still haven't lifted my own fatman which is a half 95. It is slick which makes it worse but I need to lift it soon, pressures building. I think at this stage I am just anxious to get strong at everything but I need to remember it takes time. Thanks again for being very helpful and open about your training. I respect your opinions greatly and love the gripmonsters videos and such.
