I made the announcement of the Double Blob Hold today on my website.

I know this started out as a challenge between you and me, but I think i will have a couple of brute who will want to try it out at the comp as well.

Will you be allowing others to try the lift at your comp on May 3rd?

I stopped my bench here. My lats and pectoralis wasn´t recovered yet. Monday´s deadlift was sooooooo hard for my pecs. Also last weekend´s scale squeezes affects this.
