Doing things with our children is the best thing one can do in life!

Training comes and goes and one day we will be too old for training but the children are still there, hopefully!

I want them to remember their father as a good person who cared and did something with them, like I remember my father!

My "tennis elbow" hand is better now. It´s my stronger hand. It tooks time when it´s so strong than before. I lifted 18.75kg with it at penny and "weaker hand" pulled 20.25kg. Also stub lift 22kg with tennis elbow hand.
