Training comes and goes and one day we will be too old for training but the children are still there, hopefully! I want them to remember their father as a good person who cared and did something with them, like I remember my father! I lifted 18.75kg with it at penny and "weaker hand" pulled 20.25kg. Also stub lift 22kg with tennis elbow hand.
