Guinnes world record is 24 flips in 1 minute with a 25kg plate.

My friend did 44!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Flips with a 25kg plate in the gym!

I'll film him some day and show you man! :)

He doesnt throw the plate as high as you are, he flips it on the same height as he grabs it/holds it :)

Do you follow some gripper routine when you're not injured?

What does your grippertraining look like? :)

Hard to go back in your journal and look to see a pattern, better to ask for a direct routine! hehe

Im gathering info from people that are brutally strong and trying to come up with my next training routine for grippers.

Thanks

I´m always all the time injured. :laugh

I believe that mine gripper program is too hard to follow. Let me know are you ready to lose some teeths and get broken tendons, then I´ll be back. :cool

You should do speed, maximum and light (recovery) days once in week. Lot of no set, mm-set, 20mm block etc work. You must do much your weaker things.
