What body part did you foamroll?

I've thought about getting a foam roller for my back.

My lower back tend to tense up and give me problems on and off.

I know I need massage, maybe I can give myself massage with this unit :)

All my body. It took over 60min......and it was real painfully! :sick: Here is my new roller!!! Murr! :chris:
