Just only tried what is good. That was 1st time and squat was too light.

Walking 35min....

Left hand:

5x12 Wrist reverse curl with weight plate

5x30 Extensors With IM Yellow Band

Right Hand

10x3 GHP5 Speed closes

5x20 Extensors With IM Blue Band

PHA-Training ( 4 species & 5 rounds)

Bench Press

4x8 100kg (no pain)

1x12 80kg

Shoulder Press With 2x20kg Kettlebells

5x8

Bent Over row

4x8 100kg

1x12 80kg

Standing overhead triceps extension with 20kg kettlebell

5x8

Rotator Cuff

4x12 green minimonster band

Running with 5 spurts

12min

Fully finished after that! :sick:

Crazy strong wife! Crazy!

I wish our wifes knew each other :) I got mine to train grip for lik 3 months and she was 10mm from closing coc1. :)

Unforunatly she stopped training grip like a year ago but I got her to train wristroller and rolling thunder today and I think she found it entertaining :)

Looks silly when you do it, way too easy! Looks like I'd be lifting those pink 1kg dumbells :)

Is it the package you got reacently? From germany?

I have to get it too after seeing this!

Btw, theres a "right way" to lift it ye? One side is more flat and the other side is rounded?

I think the thumb is supposed to be on the round side to make it hard and "official"?

I think that you mean legacy blobs. In those are other side straight.

That was 1st longer walk and after one hour it felt heavy. :grin:

10x15 reps 20kg bar + 2x12kg kettlebells hangs from bar
