honk
I tend to get a golfer's elbow, the stretch described here: http://www.tennisarm.ch/ really helped me. But it seems to me that you are already doing all that can be done. Get well soon.

Bearcat 74
The only thing that has ever worked to get rid of tendon pain for me is to fill a cooler with ice and water. I soak my hand and arm as high to my shoulder as I can for 20 straight minutes everyday. Move your hand/arm every couple of minutes just enough to swirl the water. I had both tennis and golfers elbow and I saw this video with Jedd Johnson where he recommended side to side levering as a cure and prehab. I still use this as soon as I feel an irritation in my elbow and a week after that. Light work, rotating the wrist with a sledgehammer. Try it
