Juha Harju
Matt, this is one most challenging project what I have ever done. He was over 250kg super large feeder who wanted to come back to life. That case took almost two years. I had to teach him all things from start. We went together to grocery everyday and I showed him what he can eat or not. I recommend to use translator and real all story. http://www.iltalehti...757763_tr.shtml About 260kg 149.0kg 211kg Edited October 8, 2012 by Heimopäällikkö

Shoggoth
How did you hurt your hamstring Juha? I gave mine one helluva tweak on Monday on a GM eccentric. No pain now. Just doing light work and volume for now. I may squat up some weight again on Monday and do light GM's or RDL's for rehab after.
