I pressed 170kilos - 375 pounds , close grip , a couple of months ago.....As soon as I find a spotter I will try my reverse grip which is my favorite. That's impressive! I've watched some of your videos my friend and I believe that you have the strength to bench 375 for reps by the end of the year....... Good luck with your training. Forgot to put collars on and by end of 3rd rep the weight on the right side had slid about 3" out) Honestly, I was really taxed by the 290. I'm not sure if #4 would have gone up anyway. Put a lot of strain on me unracking it without spotter) 400x1 very narrow miss (I thought I had it and held wait right at cusp of sticking point for 5 seconds befoe failing. ) 300x9 Incline Bench 3x6 @ 205 Nice work bullitt and Sam!!!! I did get a couple adjustable sawhorses at Home Depot last week that I'm using for a safety rack now . 30 bucks each and now I don't have to dump the big weight when i miss.
