its tougher than I thought thats for sure

Running outside today, most of it on a snow covered trail 4.7 miles

pullups, pushups and bodyweight squats

235 x 1 felt very strong here, definately see improvement

dumbells reg bench

narrow bench one 60 x 14, 16

Squats

Have not squated with a barbell for a long while now, just wanted to see what I could max out on this day

Biceps

60s dumbells x 2, 2

Inch is loaded at 132 lbs right now

did a few attempts both hands breaking it just a bit off the ground

Nice job on those Bench lockouts Steve! Was this your sticking point in the past? Also, I see you're very familiar with the Fbbc smooth steel grippers...... Is there a big difference in the 2x and 3x? I love my 2x I got yesterday!!

Las time I locked out 235 if was a struggle, now it went up fairly easy,

the 240 4" start from chest in rack will be a PR for me

yeah the fbbc is a great gripper thats for sure, knurling is top notch

an example I can give, would be a 2x that i have is just below a coc # 2 gripper

and the 3x gripper that I have is right below the 2.5 coc easy gripper that I have so there is a difference but not HUGE,

now the 4x thats one tough gripper!

regular 42.5 r x 2, 1, ,1 1 l x 3, 1, 1, 1

R x 4 sec hold

L x 4 sec hold

blob 50 negatives rx 2 l x 2, 2 inches off left hand

knee height right hand was very surprised when it easily got up , got the camera out took a 7 min brake

got ready for my official BLOB50 lift to find it glued to the ground both hands didnt budge it :laugh

#50 York attempts x 2 each hand and 2 negs each hand

hit some wide pullups and some heavy bag work

2" axle

after a warmup on it

pulled 305 to about knee height

then got a full lockout with 305 lbs! about for one second

did some walking, pushups and press and tricep s work as well today

thanks! been waiting about 1 year to get the 305 lbs on it, yesterday was a right combination of grip rest and overall rest and finally pulled it
