Bending, got the 5.5 G 5 PR!

Heck yeah man! :rock Was it a hard-fought victory or did you have a little left in the tank?

Thanks Ben!!! :) id say that I was warmed up on the Blocks and managed to get the 5.5 G5 fairly easily, then got the G8 out 6 " put a tiny little kink in it , barely noticable but it moved a bit, then the 5 " G 5 I was done by that point and that didnt even move

congrats on the 5.5 G5!! personally I hate that short stuff 7'' is more my liking. do you have any 7 inch square? I found it a little easier than the G8

Ive tried a 7 " Square before and wasnt able to kink it, maybe I should cheat kink it and see if I can go from there, but I think the G8 might be easier, not sure

Tried to get the 7 " Fbbc Square today, just didnt have it in me , hands hurt rubberbands kept sliding off the wraps werent tight enough, need to get some better rubberbands I think :D or maybe get the 6 " G 8 before tackling it again

I don't remember if you're using a weight or a heavy duty clamp to help you wrap the pads tighter. That makes a HUGE difference.

I just wrap them on the gound , use a bit of chalk, ill try the weight idea to make them tighter, ill see how that goes,

last night got the one arm pullup left handed PR!!!

- I have been concentrating a lot on fron Lat holds as well

the goal right now is to hold a 35 lb KB for 10 seconds
